Serviço terrível, eles me cobraram US $ 500 mais IVA por nos receber antes do horário do check-in, NUNCA aconteceu comigo que eles cobraram para recebê-lo antes. este. A atitude da recepcionista deixa muito a desejar ao invés de dar soluções ela começa a brigar, ela precisa de treinamento em atendimento ao cliente.Para piorar quando me dão o quarto, ainda está cheio de lixo de um hóspede anterior, o banheiro estava com vazamento, não servem água no quarto e quando solicitei serviço de restaurante, duas horas se passaram e nunca recebi qualquer coisa, eu escolhia sair para encontrar algo para comer.Não recomendo, nunca mais volto aqui.

Pésimo servicio, me cobraron $500 más IVA por recibirnos antes de la hora del check in, JAMAS me había pasado que cobraran por recibirte antes... La recepcionista nos dijo que eso venía indicado en las condiciones de la reserva y JAMAS leí eso. La actitud de la recepcionista deja mucho que desear en lugar de dar soluciones se pone a pelear, necesita capacitación en atención al cliente.Para colmo cuando me entregan el cuarto, aun estába lleno de basura de un huésped anterior, el excusado tenía fuga, no sirven agua en la habitación y cuando solicite servicio de restaurante, pasaron dos horas y jamás recibí nada, opte por salir a la calle a buscar que comer.No lo recomiendo, jamás regresaré aquí.

Em termos gerais, tudo é muito bom sem ser excepcional. No banheiro há uma divisória de madeira que fica exatamente na altura da sua testa quando você se abaixa, que fica no seu caminho e onde você pode se bater.

En términos generales todo muy bien sin ser excepcional. En el baño existe una división de madera que te queda exactamente a a altura de la frente cuando te agachas lo que te estorba y en la que te pudieras golpear.

Buena atención, lastima que sus habitaciones no tienen mucho mobiliario, las luces no todas funcionan y se escucha todo el ruido del pasillo incluyendo su música de fondo

Cumple como un hotel más de la cadena. Habitaciones limpias, el agua caliente sale de inmediato, una sonrisa en el check in.En la habitación, muy limpio pero las coladeras están tapadas y tarda en irse el agua, además que el colchón es muy duro, solo ponen una toalla de baño y rota.El buffet incluido es rico: fruta, jugo, café, té, 3 guisados,huevos al gusto, quesadillas y sopes.

Los contactos de luz están mal distribuidos. El escritorio para trabajo da que desear, pero es muy cómodo en cuanto a la cama y a la ubicación con las plantas industriales de enfrente

Os quartos eram muito confortáveis, exceto que o que eu tinha não tinha janela... não abria, bem, eu estava sufocando um pouco. O pequeno mas funcional ginásio, o restaurante de pequeno-almoço é muito básico mas tem um bom sabor.

Las habitaciones muy cómodas, salvo porque la que me tocó no tenía ventana... no se abría pues, me estaba sofocando un poco. El gym pequeño pero funcional, el restaurante para desayunos es muy básico pero tienen buen sazón.

Eles pedem que você pague tudo, mas não colocam papel higiênico no banheiro, até eu ter uma suíte júnior todos foram simpáticos e educados, não minha culpa mudei de quarto e esqueci o xampu e gel de banho na suíte depois de 2 dias eu não ainda nada se sabia de onde tinha acabado. Quando fui até a recepção para perguntar, parecia que eu estava sendo rude. Cuidado com o que você deixa nos quartos. Espero nunca mais voltar a este hotel

A long weekend away in Mexico was exactly what the Dr. ordered for Thanksgiving 2019.I got to see parts of this great planet I've never seen before & never thought I would actually get the chance to visit. If you love history, Queretaro is a great place to visit.Hotel NH Queretaro is a nice place to stay; it was clean & the customer service was fabulous however, it's much further away from the points of interest that I was hoping to see while I was there.It's 40 minutes away by taxi to the airport, it's located on a busy highway; however, it's within walking distance to several good Mexican restaurants and if you want AUTHENTIC, you can't get any closer than living amongst the locals.I wasn't disappointed at all ... it was an eye opening experience that gave me lots to think about & plenty to write about!I'm not sure if I would travel specifically to Queretaro, Mexico again; however, I would definitely give Mexico another try!

Horrible hotel. The rooms are small and there is almost no storage space for clothing and other stuff. The electric outlets are very poorly located and the WIFI is horribly slow. The bathroom is barebones with the shower only reaching lukewarm temperatures. When they cleaned my room they left no towels at all. I was unable to shower and called the front desk only to find out that they were out of towels. What kind of a hotel runs out of clean towels? There were no hand towels from the start either and no floormat for when you leave the shower. The restaurant was mediocre at best and the gym was like a sauna with little to no ventilation and no hydration options. Truly a disappointing experience to say the least. Don't recommend it at all. Spend your money someplace else.

I have stayed in other NH hotels throughout the world. I chose this hotel because I know the quality of the facilities. But this one looks that have been overseen by the brand. Even though the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was way below the standard for an NH hotel: the sheets were sandlike, no coffee machine, empty mini bar, no dresser ¿? The occasional seat was one of the desk seats, and we didn't get full size towels. I had to dry myself with a towel a little bigger than a hand towel. What's going on, NH?

The bad: The rooms are incredibly small. I asked for a double because I had a companion but the room was the same size but with 2 beds. This wasn't expected. They charge more for the double I would spectrum more "room" for it to. Now the good: the food and the attention is great. And by that I don't mean that people smile ant you all the time, I mean people are respectful and do their job efficiently. While on business trip what you need is first time right and problem solving. You are not there to relax you are there to get things done and go back to home base. I enjoyed my stayed. Will book there again, because mostly I travel there alone.
