Eles não respeitaram a minha reserva, cheguei à noite e não havia mais quartos, tive que dirigir cansado e expor minha família durante a madrugada.

No respetaron mi reservacion, llegue en la noche y ya no habia habitaciones , tuve que manejar cansado y exponiendo a mi familia durante la madrugada.

Quartos muito pequenos com cama de casal e banheiro. Bom lugar para ficar 1 ou 2 noites, café da manhã incluído.

O preço é sempre imbatível. O registro não poderia ser mais rápido, excelente. Café da manhã como sempre muito bom. Tem uma excelente localização. No entanto, o quarto atribuído tinha colchas sujas. Manchado. As camas, lençóis brancos, cheias de cabelos. Parece que o quarto não foi limpo, portanto, muito menos higienizado. Fiz o comentário na recepção e eles mudaram o meu quarto, no entanto, havia também detalhes importantes no novo quarto. As toalhas estavam manchadas. O banheiro tinha algumas marcas de sujeira nas paredes. Sob o ar condicionado e atrás da porta de acesso havia restos de comida e muita sujeira e poeira.

Em geral tudo é muito bom neste hotel, limpeza, vias de acesso, acesso aos hóspedes, medidas sanitárias e tratamento do pessoal para com os hóspedes. Eles respeitam as reservas e você pode passar alguns dias à vontade. Tem wifi e pequeno-almoço incluídos, o custo inclui estacionamento e tem uma boa localização.

El precio es siempre insuperable. El registro no puede ser más rápido, excelente. El desayuno como siempre muy bueno. Tiene una excelente ubicación. Sin embargo la habitación asignada tenía las colchas sucias. Manchadas. Las camas, de sabanas blancas, llena de cabellos. Pareciera como que la habitación no fue aseada, por ende mucho menos higienitizada. Hice el comentario en recepción y me cambiaron de habitación, sin embargo también hubo detalles importantes en la nueva habitacion. Las toallas estaban manchadas. El baño tenía algunas marcas de suciedad en las paredes. Por debajo del aire acondicionado y por detrás de la puerta de acceso había restos de comida y mucha mugre y polvo.

Lugar limpo, bom atendimento. No detalhe, você não tem tanto controle na hora do café da manhã já que há um acúmulo de gente na área comum

Nice and clean hotel, the only thing the rooms are small, but that's ok with me. The staff is super nice.

I give two thumbs down to this hotel. It’s small all the way around so you will not get comfort and quietness in any way during your stay. Our experience was a noisy one through the night. People coming and going late at night being loud and no consideration for others sleeping. You will hear your neighbors snoring and talking, the elevator ringing,there was employees doing the laundry at 3am talking out loud listening to music on their cell phone. There was a large group of about 30 men dressed in hunting gear with riffles up at 5amjoking around drinking coffee and contributing greatly to the noise factor. Another large group had checked in earlier at 1am doing the same thing. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast since I had requested my money back at 5 am when the noise was at its peak and we couldn’t take it anymore. Since the hotel was so small I could only imagine the small breakfast area crammed with people trying to get their food. I did speak with the front desk clerk about our no sleep night experience but he didn’t really seem to care. We checked out immediately and went somewhere else. For a few more bucks I recommend the Sleep In Hotel which is brand new and by far a nicer hotel and a quite stay.

The Pros: room are clean, AC works, price is low, breakfast is good. The cons: rooms & bathroom are small ( as well as the elevator), the drain in the shower smells like rotten eggs, the stream on the shower head is weak, not enough towels for 2. When we asked for ONE extra towel the staff informed us that ONe was in the room. The decor in the room is lacking, no painting, no mirrors. TV is over the AC so you'll have to turn up the volume. Our stay was fine. But I rather stay elsewhere.

Breakfast is included. Simple accommodations. Great if all you need the room for is sleeping. Rooms lack decoration. It's affordable and well located. Check the app because you might find better deals and promotions than at the door.
