Muito bem localizado próximo a Times Square e ao lado da rodoviária. Quarto pequeno porém com boa cama e bom banheiro. Não tem café da manhã mas possui restaurante no lobby e bem próximo uma cafeteria.

A equipe é realmente acolhedora. Pessoas preocupadas com nosso bem estar. Tivemos um problema na chegada, perdemos o avião, é um casal de amigos que não falam inglês chegaram um dia antes. Ficamos muito preocupados e sem notícias, ligamos no hotel e assim que nossos amigos fizeram o check in o hotel enviou um email para nós.

Boas acomodações, café da manhã sortido, ótima localização. Só não gostei do serviço da recepção, precisei ir três vezes na recepção pra pegar uma encomenda minha que tinha chegado pelo correio e eles disseram queainda não tinha chegado.

Hotel maravilhoso, quartos com tamanho muito bom e sempre bem limpos, atendimento excelente na recepcao. Localização excelente fé frente pro post authority! Perto da times square, e com.lunha de metrô já meia quadra. Recomendo.

Equipe muito educada do hotel. Limpeza do quarto é ótima.Não gostei muito da localização. Muito movimento na rua, perto de uma estação e de um abrigo.Os elevadores são muito demorados. Muitas vezes 1 estava fora de utilização pois estava quebrado ou sendo utilizado por funcionários.

Stayed for 3 nights, the room was perfect and very comfortable beds. We enjoy staying at this hotel. You get a $20 credit every day to use for food or drinks in the restaurant downstairs plus complimentary water bottles . This hotel is close to time square and many restaurants to choose from. The employees are friendly and very helpful. I definitely will stay here next time. A big thank you to Brandon and Yaw amazing employees.

I stayed this past week at Distrikt hotel. Honestly, it’s your quintessential boutique hotel. You don’t expect the greatest, you expect a solid location and a decent nights sleep— It’s midtown. Unfortunately you will not get that. Don’t get me wrong, the staff are down to Earth. You can tell they’re locals, not transplants with a rehearsed script and overzealous act. They clearly do care, which is a decent quality. However, that radiator is BOOMING. I mean it is HOT. I understand, it’s the northeast. Most old buildings have a radiator and have potential to get warm. I stayed for one night because I had a conference the next morning. I paid $400 dollars out of pocket for a single night. Not their fault, a lot of conventions/conferences were in town and rooms in time square were in high demand. Honestly, it was nice to see the city teeming with life again after an extended quarantine period. I came to my room and it was boiling hot. The AC was set to 76°. After about 2 hours, I realized the AC must be completely broken. I called the front desk and no one answered. I had to get up at 7 the next morning so I needed to get as much sleep as possible. No temperature I set it on would cancel it out. I ended up having to keep the window open. Unfortunately, this led to an hourly cat and mouse game of closing the window when it got too cold (it was below freezing) and then sweating, and so on, I finally managed to fall asleep at 1:30 but was up by 6 after a night of being miserable. Don’t get me wrong, a voucher for a free drink is great, and so is warm apple cider in the lobby. Again, very down to Earth place. However, you truly won’t get much sleep here. After sitting in the lobby for a few hours I heard people frequently complain to the front desk about radiator troubles (mostly because of a rumbling). The staff truly did care and were anxious to help concerned customers. New York is the city that never sleeps. If you like being a little too toasty, and want to do the whole “when in Rome” thing, go ahead.

Convenient location to Times Square. The room was a good size, especially for NYC. Our room didn't have a view unless you craned your neck you could see a bit of the Hudson River. You could see some interesting water towers on other buildings. The room had a hairdryer but no fridge, the fridge would have been nice since we were given water temp bottled water at check in. We didn't use the restaurant in the hotel. Overall would recommend and stay again.

I personally would not have picked this hotel but I tagged along with a friend. First off they have false advertisement! The beds are NOT a queen size! I don't know what measurements they are using but they are definitely full sized. That's a big no no to me. Secondly every single time I went in the lobby there was no water in the water cooler! The staff was nice but this just was not my type of hotel. I will say the room was clean. The only upside was the location and you have access to Mid City Gym if you stay here. But I'll definitely pass next time.

The hotel staff were all nice and considerate. The room on the 30th floor was also nice and clean but fairly small. The hotel layout is fairly "skinny" with only 4 or 5 rooms per floor. The biggest issue I experienced was the fact that the room window didn't seem to have much sound proofing so it was extremely loud and I didn't sleep very well over the 4 days of my stay. Lack of soundproofing plus the fact that the hotel is located in Midtown/Hells Kitchen made for a challenging sleep.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente,muy cerca de Times Square. Las habitaciones están bien, pero no hay servicio de limpiezade la habitación si no pasas más de 4 noches o lo pides expresamente en recepción. Parece una práctica bastante habitual en USA, ya que nos ha pasado en varios hoteles, lo justifican como medida para que estés más tranquilo en tu estancia y se ahorre agua en el servicio de limpieza...lo desconocía y aunque desde el punto de vista de ahorro me parece bien, los hoteles no son baratos para suprimir en estancias cortas la limpieza,en nuestro caso eran tres noches.

PROS: Price, location (if you're doing touristy stuff), clean. CONS: Room sizes, lack of amenities, customer service.We spent three nights at this hotel. It's very unassuming from the outside, but the hotel is clean and pleasant inside. It's a great place to stay if you want to be close to the action, but a tad off the beaten path (Times Sq is less than a 10 minute walk away). We scored a good deal on a flight + hotel combo when we booked several months earlier, so we knew it was a great deal.As far as where the hotel missed the mark- customer service. Staff were consistently distracted, overwhelmed (especially the guy working mornings in the bar/restaurant- please give this man some help) or straight-up annoyed when a guest approaches the desk to ask a question or request anything. Robes that are advertised are not automatically included with the rooms and when we got them (after inquiring and the staff member begrudgingly delivering them) they were smaller than average. I'm a M/L and it wasn't even big enough to close shut properly. Check-in took longer than it should have- there were three staff behind the desk (and we were the only guests checking in) who were chatting with one another, answering the phone mid-conversation, etc. What should have taken less than 5 minutes took 15. We were also placed in a room on the 2nd floor with no view and directly beside the elevator even though our floor seemed empty (we never saw another guest there once). There are no other amenities on the property besides a small bar/restaurant. Since there is a required resort-type fee, they offer you a coupon to use at the bar/restaurant every day, which was appreciated.If anyone told me they were going to stay at Distrikt- I'd for sure say it was clean, decently priced and in a good location if they were doing traditional NYC tourism sightseeing- otherwise, I'd probably suggest they look elsewhere.

Update 9/16/22 based on a second stay: I will never stay at this hotel again. Incorrectly charged on my bill for the hotel bar. Called hotel three times, never received a resolution. Had to get corporate involved to receive a refund. Original review below.Pretty good hotel, but some room for improvement. Room wasn't ready until 5:30, though I did get a free upgrade. They also held my luggage until my room was ready. Elevators can be slow at times. The bed was comfortable, and I found the room to be a decent size, but an armchair would have been a nice addition. Air conditioner ran constantly while I was there, and was kinda loud. That's a shame too, because the room was otherwise wonderfully quiet. I never wound up using the bar credit, especially because you have to go to the front desk every day for a new coupon. I had no issue with the location, and found the proximity to Times Square station great.

Personal del hotel poco agradable. El bar del hall oscuro, sórdido, y con un personal que no sabe por donde se anda. Aire acondicionado en la habitación sonaba estrepitosamente,como un tractor. Armario de la habitación diminuto , no cabía ni lo de una persona.

This hotel was just ok. The front desk staff who checked me in was dismissive and did not lead with customer focus. I then had to go back to the desk because my key didn’t work to which he seemed annoyed by. The room was not great for the price. Bathroom was dirty, floors were old and grungy, and the cabinets were warped and did not work properly. The room also had an odd odor that was thankfully corrected by room spray. My room was outside of the housekeeping room, so there was trash and other debris that piled up to my door during the day. We asked for towels multiple times during our stay to which we were told they were out. We were assured that a front desk representative would bring towels to our door as soon as they arrived. I was there for 5 days and they never arrived. The only positive of this hotel was the bartender, Janette! She was absolutely wonderful. Very pleasant, attentive, and kind! Overall, I would not stay in this hotel again. There are other Hilton properties in the city that provide more bang for your buck!

Es un hotel limpio y muy bien ubicado.Gran parte del personal habla castellano. La limpieza de la habitacion es bajo demanda pero nosotros la solicitamos nada más llegar para toda la semana y nos hicieron arreglaron la habitación cada día.

Wow! Desde el mes de enero, se hizo una reservación para 2 personas y cuando llegamos al hotel estaba cerrado, de milagrouna persona nos atendió ysolo para decir que el hotel lleva mas de un año cerrado y de manera imprudente e insensible. No entiendo pq si esta cerrado permite que las personas hagan reservaciónes. Es una falta de respeto y de consideración.No lo recomiendo, aun asi vuelvan abrir.

La ubicación genial, las habitaciones genial pero el personal deja mucho q desear, al principio según decían no habíanrecibido el pago ( por lo que nos hicieron esperar ) pero ellos lo primero que te piden es una tarjeta de crédito y te retienen 350$ de los cuales luego se quedan 200 de tasas 29$ por día. Una vez la chica que limpia las habitaciones entró sin llamar ni nada, uno de los días no limpio la habitación y tuve que quejarme para tener toallas limpiar , otro día tuve que esperar fuera de la habitación para que la limpiaran , la limpiadora gritaba con el pasillo creo q para despertarnos, no saben idiomas solo el inglés si tú no sabes te apañas, es decir el personal es lo malo.

El hotel se encuentra en un lugar privilegiado de Manhattan: muy cerca de Times Square. Por contra, la zona está bastante degradada con mucha gente que duerme (y hace sus necesidades) en la calle. En principio son pacíficos pero en verdad no es muy agradable a la vista. Por las noches, con el tema de las basuras las aceras se convierten en una carrera de obstáculos. El hotel es correcto. Está limpio. Las habitaciones son confortables y cómodas. A mi parecer falta luz en la habitación puesto que todas las que hay son indirectas y resulta un poco oscuro a veces. Las encargadas de la limpieza, a veces, se olvidan de reponer el agua, el té, el café, o los productos de baño... que están contemplados en el precio. Por contra, aunque no dejes las toallas “en el suelo” las cambian cada día... La cama verdaderamente cómoda y amplia. Hay que tener en cuenta que el hotel es muy pequeño de planta y las habitaciones están excesivamente pegadas unas a otras y la insonorización no es su fuerte. El último día de estancia la familia que ocupada dos o tres de las cinco habitaciones de la planta se pasaron la madrugada (de 2 a 6 de la mañana) gritando, entrando y saliendo de las habitaciones y pese a las repetidas quejas tanto a los responsables como a la recepción del hotel, la situación no cambió... Entiendo que es un hecho aislado y que no se da frecuentemente pero lo que nos molestó es que el hotel no hiciera nada “efectivo” al respecto.

Hotel en una ubicación excelente y a un precio muy asequible para los precios de la zona. Las habitaciones eran muy espaciosas y limpias en todo momento, algo molesto el ruido pero es cierto que en el edificio de al lado estaban en obras y lo mejor era el chocolate caliente que siempre estaba listo cuando llegabas después de un dia de caminata intensa y a temperaturas medias de -4ºC. La gente de recepción era encantadora siempre intentaban hablarte en español o buscar a alguien que supiese para ayudarte con tu problema.
