“The accommodation is good in terms of location, but unfortunately the room service is very slow than before. It may be a lack of labor. You must call the service until the room is cleaned. I lived previously. The service was excellent, but now the service is slow.”

“Hotel staff was always positive and solution oriented. It was quiet, even when you open the windows.
Headboard had bleach stain and carpet had "drop marks" on two places. I didn't even ask what those was.
Towels were old and thin, etc. My guess is that they had to cut costs, bit-by-bit, every year. After all those years, they seem to add up. I mean, instead of renewing the old mattresses, they put mattress toppers. (and they are one-size smaller)
The Hood is ran by people who had no idea how to deal with customers' requests and/or how to wait at a restaurant. They are inexperienced and it shows. After realizing that they can't meet our expectations, (5 minutes after we arrive) before even ordering anything we left. They had the audacity to bill my room for a glass of water I drank.
Reception reversed that charge during checkout, so kudos to the hotel staff for that.”
