Acabamos de completar nossa estadia no El San Juan Hotel. Ficamos gratos por uma escapadela quente e agradável por alguns dias. Nossas acomodações, na Oceanfront Villa, eram adoráveis e a arrumação fez um bom trabalho mantendo nosso lugar limpo e arrumado.Infelizmente, porém, houve algumas peças em nossa estadia que somos infelizes. Nosso quarto não estava pronto na chegada, embora eles tenham perguntado quando estávamos chegando lá. Vários dos restaurantes estavam fechados e todos tinham menus severamente limitados. Nosso pacote deveria incluir serviço de mordomo, mas nunca ouvimos falar de um mordomo uma vez durante a nossa estadia. Houve quedas de energia e alarmes de incêndio. Wi-Fi era irregular.Tenho certeza de que muitos desses contratempos foram atribuídos ao COVID, afetando a capacidade da equipe, e nada é mais importante do que proteger a segurança de seus funcionários. Mas certamente o preço da nossa estadia deve ser compatível com a experiência. Esta visita não valeu as taxas que nos cobraram.

Atualmente estou hospedado no hotel e recomendo a todos que pensem antes de reservar este hotel. Belo hotel e tem muito potencial. Este hotel é muito baixo na equipe. Quando se trata de café da manhã, é uma espera de 45 minutos mais meia hora até você tomar seu café da manhã. Eu cevada vi qualquer equipe ou servidores da piscina. Não parecia que eu estava de férias metade do tempo. No geral, meu marido e eu gostaria que nunca tivéssemos vindo aqui.

We just completed our stay at the El San Juan Hotel. We were grateful for a nice warm getaway for a few days. Our accommodations, in the Oceanfront Villa, were lovely and housekeeping did a nice job keeping our place clean and tidy.Sadly, though, there were some pieces to our stay that we’re unfortunate. Our room was not ready upon arrival, even though they asked when we were getting there. Several of the restaurants were closed and they all had severely limited menus. Our package was supposed to include butler service but we never heard from a butler once during our stay. There were power outages and fire alarms. WiFi was spotty.I’m sure many of these mishaps were attributed to COVID affecting staff capacity, and nothing is more important than protecting the safety of their employees. But surely price of our stay should be commensurate with the experience. This visit was not worth the rates we were charged.

I am currently staying at the hotel and I highly recommend everyone to think before you book this hotel. Beautiful hotel and has lots of potential. This hotel is VERY low on staff. When it comes to breakfast it’s a 45 min wait plus a half an hour until you get your breakfast. I barley saw any pool staff or servers. It didn’t feel like I was on vacation half of the time. Overall my husband and I wish we never came here.

O lobby era lindo e o barman José é incrível, então eu diria que apareça para uma visita, mas não recomendo ficar aqui. As luzes se apagavam com freqüência. A água quente teve que ser consertada, o chuveiro na banheira não funcionava, a TV desligava apesar de indicar que eu estava assistindo e pensei que estava tendo uma vista para o mar, mas tive uma vista para a piscina sem a oportunidade de atualizar, apesar disso sendo seu erro. Não desperdice seu dinheiro arduamente ganho aqui.

Lobby was beautiful and the bartender Jose is amazing, so I would say pop in for a visit, however I wouldn't recommend staying here. The lights went out frequently. Hot water had to be fixed, shower head in bath tub didn't work, TV kept turning off despite indicating I was watching, and I thought I was getting an ocean view but got a view of the pool without the opportunity to upgrade despite it being their error. Don't waste your hard earned money here.

Comida típica italiana. Chef Alberto tiene 3 ☆ Michelin. Mosos excelentes. Excelentes aperitivos. Tiene que probar el carpaccio de salmón. El mejor Risotto con champiñón del planeta. Buena variedad de vinos. Tiene que mejorar el aire acondicionado. Valet parking. Precios moderados. Debes hacer reservación. Protocolo contra COVID-19 al entrar al Lobby del hotel. Gran variedad de pizzas.

At check in, the hotel couldn’t t find our Rez, booked thru agent/operator. We showed confirmation which they refused to honor. Our agent called hotel, Xmas eve, repeatedly. No one answered hotel phone and when she finally got thru, they would not acquiesce. They claim they didn’t receive reservation but all 3rd party reservations come from the 3rd party. If you book thru Expedia or Amex Platinum, the confirmation comes from THEM. Front desk says this is “different” and offers NO EXPLANATION. HOURS later, no resolution was offered. Hotel offered a room at a rate 30% higher than booked, 0 concessions w/ many rooms still available. We had our choice of room Category. I wrote to the general manager, Ms.Cosgrove, and still haven’t heard from her 3 days later.I will dispute room rate charge above contracted rate at the very least… Meanwhile, staff is dwindling by the day due to Covid. Restaurants are mostly closed and those open are at 40% of staff.Truly, that isn’t the hotels fault but be informed. I had the good fortune of meeting JUSTINE, the F&B director for all restaurants who addressed my complaints with the willingness and ability to serve me professionally… with apology and explanation to temporarily reduce my growing frustration. Know that MOST Beach chairs are ripped, you sink down on to metal bars. The beach attendants are trying hard but have many complaining guests and limited resources. Rey, in particular, is working endlessly trying to please people. They run out of (broken) lounge chairs, umbrellas, towels and tables, daily. I’d like to report back on compensation offered by hotel and am prepared to petition corporate/consumer affairs for the bare minimum I’m due. Let’s See how they respond…

Ainda é o hotel mais icônico de Porto Rico. O ambiente e as opções são incomparáveis! Minha 43ª visita a este lugar mágico. No entanto, devo dizer que os preços tornaram-se ambiciosos. Para mim, a principal atração deste hotel é a área da piscina e, especificamente, as cabanas à beira-mar. Essas cabanas foram gratuitas nos primeiros dez anos que visitei. Eles então aumentaram para $ 75 por dia, o que ainda não era ruim. No entanto, agora você deve pagar o limite de gastos de $ 750 por uma dessas cabanas que ganhei de graça até cerca de 2018. Sou totalmente a favor do capitalismo, mas como estou sentado aqui hoje, 5 de dezembro de 2021, eles têm uma ocupação de zero por cento. Ontem vi talvez 3 das 22 cabanas sendo alugadas. Embora eu possa pagar com facilidade, acho que o preço é agressivo, não estamos em Las Vegas. Presumo que os outros sentem o mesmo e é por isso que não estão ocupados. Também acho que a administração deve reconsiderar essa avaliação, especialmente porque parece contraproducente. Da mesma forma, o hotel quase dobrou os preços dos alimentos e bebidas da piscina no último ano. Este ainda é meu lugar favorito para ficar em Porto Rico e, como tal, queria dar a opinião de um hóspede de longa data sobre a administração.

Eu daria 3,5. Ótimo lugar para ficar em San Juan. Perto do aeroporto com pouco ruído. A área da piscina, bares e restaurantes são 3-4 estrelas. O lobby é lindo e os jardins são muito bem geridos. As camas nos quartos são confortáveis e os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. A praia é bonita e a areia é bem mantida. Os banheiros são pequenos e tudo (massagem, reservas em restaurantes e cabanas) é feito em mesa aberta que fede se você gosta de usar seu cartão de crédito para ganhar pontos. Além disso, meu noivo não conseguiu encontrar sua reserva na mesa aberta duas noites consecutivas e foi expulso do aplicativo. Gostaria que eles tivessem uma escolha de vinho melhor nos bares sem a necessidade de obter uma garrafa cheia. Os preços das cabanas são insanos, mais caros do que Las Vegas. Domingos são os melhores dias na piscina com boa música, mas gostaria que eles baixassem os preços das cabanas e permitissem que você as reservasse com seu cartão e / ou no seu quarto.

Solid hotel with plenty to do. AC ran very cold which is always a plus in my book! Room was pretty nice and all the employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right next to the beach and airport although the surrounding neighborhood doesn't have a lot to do so you so end up having to drive. A few small suggestions that would have made this a 5 star stay: -Drink prices at the bar were absurd. I've been to LA, NYC, DC, etc and nothing compared to this. Total gouging. -The self parking validation was confusing and inconvenient to have to validate each day. -The "hot tubs" were either not working or just not hot.All in all, I would recommend this place and stay again.

I would give it a 3.5. Great place to stay in San Juan. Close to the airport with little noise. The pool area, bars and restaurants are 3-4 star. The lobby is beautiful and grounds are very well managed. The beds in the room are comfortable and staff all around are very nice and helpful. Beach is pretty and sand is well maintained. The bathrooms are small and everything (massage, restaurant reservations, and cabanas) is booked through open table which stinks if you like to use your credit card for points. Also my fiancé couldn’t find his reservation on open table two nights in a row and got kicked off the application. Wish they had a better wine choice at the bars without needing to get a full bottle. The cabana prices are insane- more pricey than Vegas. Sundays are the best day at pool with great music, but wish they lowered the prices for the cabanas and allowed you to book them with your card and/or on your room.

Still the most iconic hotel in Puerto Rico. The ambiance and options are unmatched! My 43rd visit to this magical place. However, I must say , pricing has become ambitious. For me, the main attraction to this hotel is the pool area, and specifically the seaside cabanas. These cabanas were free for the first ten years I visited. They then increased to $75 a day which still was not bad. However , you must now pay $750 spending limit for one of these cabanas that I got for free up until about 2018. I’m all for capitalism but as I sit here today December 5, 2021, they have a zero percent occupancy. Yesterday I saw maybe 3 of the 22 cabanas being rented. Although I can easily afford it, I feel the pricing is aggressive, this isn’t Vegas. I assume others feel the same and this is why they are not occupied. I also feel management should reconsider this gauging, especially as it seems counterproductive. Similarly, the hotel has almost doubled the pool food and drink prices over the last year or so. This is still my favorite place to stay in Puerto Rico and as such I wanted to give management input from a long time guest.

O serviço aqui é incrível e as piscinas e a praia são absolutamente lindas. Mara na recepção foi tão útil e fez todo o possível para tornar a minha estadia melhor. A recepção trabalhou comigo para me dar um check-out tardio e check-in antecipado. O serviço de limpeza fazia um trabalho impecável todos os dias e o serviço de quarto era sempre pontual. O atendimento ao cliente recebe 5 estrelas e A +.As piscinas também são incríveis - há 4 piscinas espalhadas por todo o resort e todas elas têm ótimas assentos (se você puder começar o dia), duas entradas para a praia particular e vários bares. A piscina do lado esquerdo do resort ao lado das Villas é a melhor porque é menos movimentada e tem entrada própria para a praia. Nos fins de semana, a partir das 12h, as piscinas se transformam em uma zona de festa, mas são tantas que isso não atrapalha a experiência de forma alguma.As únicas desvantagens do resort são o fato de que é um pouco mais velho, não há piscina exclusiva para adultos e as opções de comida são limitadas e caras.A pizzaria do resort é basicamente a única opção de comida se você não quiser gastar uma quantia significativa de dinheiro e, embora seja muito boa, também não é do lado barato. Também não há muitos restaurantes - o beach grill não abre para o jantar, o "tree grill" é basicamente um bar, e a cana e o mercado de carnes são muito caros.Com um público mais jovem e mais voltado para a festa, uma piscina somente para adultos seria realmente útil e bem-vinda para pessoas com famílias.Esta foi uma excelente estadia e eu absolutamente voltar!

The service here is incredible and the pools and beach are absolutely gorgeous. Mara at the front desk was SO helpful and did everything possible to make my stay better. The front desk worked with me to give me a late checkout and early check in. The cleaning service did an impeccable job every day and room service was always on time.The customer service gets 5 stars and an A+.The pools are also amazing - there are 4 pools scattered throughout the resort and they all have great seating (if you can get their early), two entrances to the private beach,and multiple bars. The pool on the far left of the resort next to the Villas is the best because it is less crowded and has its own entrance to the beach.After 12pm on the weekends, the pools become a bit of a party zone but there are so many pools that it does not get in the way of the experience at all.The only drawbacks to the resort are the fact that it is a bit older, there is no adults only pool, and the food options are limited and expensive.The pizzeria at the resort is basically the only option for food if you do not want to spend a significant amount of money and while it is very good it is not on the cheap side either. There are also not many restaurants - the beach grill is not open for dinner, the "tree grill" is basically just a bar, and cana and the meat market are very pricey.With a younger and more "party" oriented crowd, an adults only pool would be really helpful and welcome for people with families.This was a great stay and I would absolutely return!

This has been the best experience. First, Gabriel have been exceptionally amazing. His confidence and reassurance have made our stay great. If he is not in management, he needs to be because being in the hospitality he is every managers dream employee.The other front desk representative the managerJoy and Natalia were really humble and helpful. The room was clean, the pool side was a nice vibe. I love that they checked for Covid and made sure we felt safe. Thumbs up on both hands. I will be recommending this resort everywhere I go. Went for a Halloween pool party. Really great food ! Unlimited bar, & they did not hold out on the liquor. The ambiance was phenomenal. Loved it there. Next time I’m in town I’m definitely going to stay there.

Housekeeping was great and always brought whatever I needed. It would be nice to have your breakfast included in your stay.

Este é provavelmente um dos hotéis mais bonitos em que já nos hospedamos. Infelizmente, a clientela que simplesmente abominável. Este não é um resort familiar. As mulheres estavam vestidas com maiôs que mal cobriam as áreas que sua roupa interior cobre e os homens que estavam com elas não mantinham as mãos para si. Vimos muitos toques / beijos inapropriados e casais brigando ruidosamente na praia. Os hóspedes gritavam no saguão e tocavam música alta em seus telefones celulares. Eles deixaram lixo por todo o resort. É tão triste ver pessoas tratando um espaço tão bonito com esse nível de desrespeito. Uma noite, ouvimos móveis sendo arrastados na sala acima de nós e ligamos várias vezes para a recepção, pedindo-lhes que interviessem. Na terceira ligação, fui informado que o segurança passou e não ouviu nenhum barulho, então eles não podem fazer nada. Na manhã seguinte, saímos e vimos uma mesa de jantar na varanda acima de nós. Lembre-se de que conjuntos de jantar não vêm com os quartos em que estávamos hospedados. Não tenho ideia de como eles conseguiram isso lá em cima. Viemos em nossa lua de mel e acabamos fazendo o check-out um dia antes. Não tenho certeza se isso é devido ao levantamento das restrições da COVID e pessoas aproveitando os bons negócios ou o quê, mas não vamos voltar. Do lado positivo, foi-nos dito que obteríamos um reembolso pela noite em que saímos mais cedo.

Um lugar lindo que era caro demais. No total das minhas férias, não incluindo a passagem aérea, gastei mais de $ 6K por 8 noites. Eu deveria ter adicionado mais $ 1K e simplesmente voado para o Havaí. Eu não vou voltar.

This is the probably one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. Unfortunately the clientele which just abhorrent. This is not a family resort. Women were dressed in bathing suits that hardly covered the areas your underwear covers and the men that they were with them did not keep their hands to themselves. We saw a lot of inappropriate touching/kissing and couples fighting loudly on the beach. Guests were screaming in the lobby and playing loud music from their cell phones. They left trash all over the resort. It's so sad to see people treat such a beautiful space with this level of disrespect. One evening we heard furniture being dragged around in the room above us and called the front desk multiple times, asking them to intervene. On the third call I was told that security walked by and didn't hear noise so they can't do anything. The following morning we walked outside and saw a dining set on the balcony above us. Keep in mind, dining sets don't come with the rooms we were staying in. No idea how they got that up there. We came on our honeymoon and ended up checking out a day early. Not sure if this is because of COVID restrictions lifting and people taking advantage of the good deals or what, but we won't be returning. On the positive side, we were told we would get a refund for the night we checked out early.

O hotel é um edifício estelar, e a equipe foi excelente. Chegamos no hotel às 5 da manhã e a Joy ajudou tremendamente! Tenho algumas reclamações e as trato abaixo.As bebidas e comidas são ridículas $$$$$. Comprei 2 bebidas de vodka e cranberry. Eles vinham em xícaras com cerca de 12 onças cada. O total foi de 38 dólares ... Agora direi que as bebidas em Porto Rico são mais fortes do que você consegue no México, provavelmente devido a este não ser um tudo incluído ... MAS 38 dólares é íngreme e foi o apenas bebidas que compramos no resort. Fomos ao armazém de pueblo e compramos todas as nossas bebidas lá e colocamos em copos para o resto do nosso tempo lá ... O que é realmente inconveniente.O hotel é absolutamente lindo por dentro e os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos. E por outro lado, estou realmente lutando para encontrar um bom motivo, ou melhor, como um hotel pode justificar os custos que está cobrando por bebidas (exemplo acima) e café da manhã ... 2 ovos, 3 ou 4 tomates cereja fatiado ao meio, uma xícara ou mais de pedaços de batata e 2 fatias de torrada de centeio ..... $ 23,00 .... Então, para 2 pratos do pedido acima e 2 cafés, chegou a 57 dólares ..... Sem a ponta . Minha esposa e eu tínhamos um crédito de 100 dólares para usar ou eu nem pensaria em ir para lá. Eu sei que é um lugar agradável, mas honestamente não posso recomendar para ficar lá devido ao óbvio entalhe para TUDO que você compra lá. Eu nunca reclamo dos custos mais altos de alimentos e bebidas em um hotel de luxo, mas isso está acima e além dos preços mais altos. Isso se resume à ganância. alguns executivos famintos de dinheiro acham que é legal arrancar o último centavo das pessoas que estão apoiando seus negócios. Prometo nunca mais ficar lá e farei o meu melhor para desencorajar os outros. Seu dinheiro, não importa quanto você tenha para gastar, é melhor gasto em algum lugar que valorize você e sua decisão de ficar com eles. Eu posso agüentar muitas coisas ... GANÇA não é uma delas.

The hotel is a stellar building, and the staff was super. We arrived at the hotel at 5 am and Joy helped tremendously! I have a few complaints and address them below. The drinks and food are ridiculous $$$$$. I bought 2 vodka and cranberry drinks. They came in cups that were about 12 ounces each. The total was 38 dollars..... Now i will say that the drinks on Puerto Rico are stronger than you get in Mexico, most likely due to this not being an all inclusive... BUT 38 dollars is steep and it was the only drinks we bought at the resort. We went to the pueblo grocery store and bought all our alcohol there and put it in cups for the remainder of our time there.... Which is really inconvenient. The hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and the staff were all very nice. And on the flip side, Im really struggling to find a good reason why, or better put, How can a hotel justify the costs they are charging for drinks ( example above) and breakfast.... 2 eggs, 3 or 4 cherry tomato's sliced in half, a cup or so of potato chunks and 2 slices of rye toast.....$23.00.... So for 2 plates of above order and 2 coffees it came to 57 dollars..... Without the tip. My wife and I had a 100 dollar credit to use or I wouldn't have even thought of going there. I know it is a nice place but honestly i cant recommend to stay there due to the obvious gouging for EVERYTHING You buy there. I never complain about higher costs of food and drinks in an upscale hotel, but this is above and beyond higher prices. This boils down to greed. a few money hungry executives think it is cool to gouge the last dime out of the people that are supporting their business. I promise to never stay there again and will do my best to discourage others. Your money, no matter how much you have to spend, is better spent somewhere that values you and your decision to stay with them. I can take a lot of things....GREED is not one of them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Our experience at this hotel was disgusting from the beginning to the very end. I have no idea how it got all 4 stars but I hope it'll be striped of it as deserved. The staff is extremely rude and not helpful, they're plain nasty. There is no service at all. We were screamed at several times by the waitresses at the bar when wanted to get drinks by the pool. They are using covid as an excuse for their laziness and lack of service. You cannot buy drinks by the pool or by the bar. They demand you take a table, wait for 40 minutes before the waitress approaches you to take your order with an attitude like she’s making you a huge favor; if you call her, she screams at you that she has other stuff to do, & this is happening every single time on daily basis! When we went to exchange our pool towels, the guys there also said they're out of the towels and don't know when we can expect new towels in a 'go take a hike' manner. You can never get a lounge chair by the pool. They put about 10 lounge chairs for the whole hotel & the rest are cabanas for which you have to pay extra! Checkout there is at 11 am. I asked for a late checkout at 2 pm, a woman at the front desk said she couldn't do it without even checking in her system whether anyone was coming after us. Then, my husband went to ask for a late checkout again & said we would pay for it, a woman basically screamed at him saying "my colleague already told your wife no, what don't you understand?!". We had to check out at 11, stayed by the pool until 2 pm, when we were leaving we passed our villa and saw that no one cleaned it, our towels were inside as left; parking lot was completely empty as we checked out on Monday, which was the last day of the Memorial Day weekend. No one was coming to our room after us on that day, they didn't want to accommodate us out of plain nastiness. On top of this horrendous experience, when we were checking out, they put $100 a day resort fee on top of what we had paid for the room! This was "for using facilities and enjoying the services", I guess. We could never ask any staff member about anything without either being screamed at or showed annoyed attitude in response. This is not a 4-star hotel! I've never seen anything like this and I travel a lot. This is worse than any hostel I've ever stayed in my life in any country. Stay away from this sh...hole!

The hotel is immaculate. Very elegant and classy. Hospitality in the hotel is superb. The only thing we would have liked to see for a 5 star experience is better food from the pool restaurants and better beach service for drinks. Overall, we would stay here again. 5 stars to Jerry for giving us his personal Bug repellent for our early morning excursion.

Very nice hotel. Beachside or poolside can’t go wrong! Spa was excellent. Beds comfy and cozy! Remodeling one of the swim up bars so white a bit of jackhammering at the big pool. Wish they’d wait to do that when it wasn’t so busy..

Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. No one answers the phone. They only give you 2 espresso pods for 4 guests. They only clean your room every OTHER day but you have to ask (and remember they don't answer the phone). The remote battery went out and we were told we need to purchase a new battery. The service was laughable. I'm pretty sure people who gave this a high rating were either completely wasted or have never stayed in a pretty hotel before. Beautiful property but extremely OVERPRICED for what you get. This is a 3 star hotel at best.

We visited Fairmont El San Juan for the sushi bar. It was amazing. The selection of rolls was decent, so we all tried something different. I had the El San Juan roll which had pork inside with sweet plantain on top. It was different and delectable (I love plantains). I'm allergic to fin fish, so the chef was good to point out what I should steer clear of. Our server took great care of us as well. The hotel is gorgeous as well. If there was anything that I didn't care for it's that we were seated at a table with tall chairs (just a personal preference).

Peor experiencia en un hotel. Servicio PÉSIMO para todo se tardan(en el caso que aparezcan). Cafetera DAÑADA! Máquina de hielo DAÑADA EN TODOS LOS PISOS Sólo una funcionando para TODO EL HOTEL. En adición Protocolos de COVID CERO! El unico servicio que funciona es en la playa. El resto del hotel NO SIRVE solo fotos bonitas nada más, NO PIERDA SU DINERO

Considering we stayed during a pandemic, I was very impressed with how well the hotel ran! They had great wait staff, very yummy food on site (so during the Sunday lockdown they were still able to serve) and was just all around a clean hotel. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful hotel. First time here and so far so good. Staff has been super friendly. Vivian at the pool bar was awesome! The manager Justine came to see how we were doing and we felt like we've known her forever. Pool area is beautiful. We had breakfast overlooking the pool and beach. Very pleased I picked this hotel!

Minha primeira viagem desde Covid e eu fiquei satisfeita. Os quartos eram limpos, assim como as áreas públicas do hotel. Eu usei principalmente a praia que era bom, porém não houve nenhum serviço de praia toda a minha estadia até o último dia! Eu achei isso estranho. Uma vez que também não há limpeza diária dos quartos, seria bom oferecer toalhas limpas e verificar os produtos de higiene pessoal diariamente. Tínhamos que ligar todos os dias para solicitar esses itens. Ao todo, eu ficaria aqui novamente! Apenas 8 minutos do aeroporto também, muito conveniente!

My first trip since Covid and I was pleased. The rooms were clean and so were the public areas of the hotel. I mostly used the beach which was nice, however there was no beach service my entire stay until the last day! I found that odd. Since there is also no daily cleaning of the rooms, it would be nice to offer fresh towels and to check bathroom toiletries daily. We had to call each day to request those items. All in all, I would stay here again! Only 8 minutes from the airport too,very convenient!

I booked an ocean front villa with el San Juan Hotel... when we arrived we had absolutely no view of the ocean we literally had a view of a wall/garden bushes that blocked the actual ocean. Still beautiful but not what we paid for. The actual stay was nice and serene but the issue came at checkout. We were charged more than the amount we booked at checkout and then charged an extra 500. When trying to contact someone it was a hassle. Still haven’t reached anyone. Left me on hold and then hung up. We were charged an extra 900 dollars. Completely ruined our trip. UPDATE: After speaking with someone who was actually higher up, he refunded the extra amount that we were charged. It took a few weeks but it was resolved.
