Uma boa escolha! Com terraço com vista panoramica sobre a cidade. O metro (linha amarela) para o centro da cidade encontra-sepróximo do hotel. Também um moderno centro comercial muito próximo.

Quarto confortável e limpo. Boa rede de transportes mas um pouco longe do centro se se pretende andar a pé. Restaurantes perto com preços e variedade aceitáveis.

Hotel agradável, com um lobby espectacular e um pequeno almoço decente. Neste momento numa zona com muitas obras mas que n se ouve desde os quartos. A cerca de meia hora a pé do centro (isto se conseguirmos não parar a cada cinco passos para apreciar a beleza da capital checa).

Excelente servicio, nos sentimos muy bien en nuestra estadía, personal amable, habitaciones cómodas y buen servicio. Su ubicación no es tan céntrica,sin embargo muy accesible en transporte público. Lo recomiendo.

The room really needs renovation. We wanted to have a drink in red bar at 22:05 "we are closed" no apologies...reception stuff was terrible - do not speak Czech in Czech Republic?! No idea about dinner alternatives( Toscana restaurant was closed) get a parking place was really challenging...no next time here...

The room is clean. Location is not far from Andel. It is a 4-star hotel, but not all standard amenities were given. No complimentary mineral water or sandals (only given to vip?), which are normally given even in a 3-star hotel.

I am staying in this hotel for the second time and I am sure it's not my last stay. During those two stays, NH Hotel became my favourite hotel in the city. Service and staff is helpful, professional, fast and superfriendly. I like the design of the building and individual rooms and the furniture is comfortable as well. I stayed once in a suite and once in a family room and both are great for longer stays. The hotel has its own cable car connecting two parts of the hotel. There is wonderful view from the cable car.

So…rooms are ok but walls are very thin. Difficult to get shower with a water moving from very hot to very cold. The place you don’t want to go is the sky lounge restaurant: one hour and a half to get our order and at 10pm impossible to order a dessert: kitchen are closed. No warning from anyone that it was about to close and no excuse at all as in every elevators it is written that’s it’s open until 11pm. It’s a pity as the food was good.

This time we were very disappointed with this NH groups of hotel in Prague. We had booking for for Easter weekend, the rooms were dirty, toilet were smelly. We had asked for cleaning the room. Upto coming back in night after hectic day towels and napkins were missing from the room, called the receptionist and he mentioned we are sorry but we could not help you with towels, we slept that night without taking bath. Morning my friend went searching for housekeeping staff and took towels ,napkins from the housekeeping trolley. At hotel sauna we had to wait 60 mins just for towels, housekeeping staff was so rude with angry face she literally dumped the towel in front of us. The hotel was not ready to handle full occupancy of guest which was visible at morning breakfast, breakfast scene at coffe shop was a big chaos, no plates no place to seat. Still the service staff were trying there best to help guest. Front office staff were helpful and friendly to talk but even beyond limit they were helpless . My one star for the hardworking service staff who really were trying there best and specially the sweet lady who was constantly making omlette with 10-15 guest waiting in line but she was clam and sweet. One star for Nick and staff from front office. But honestly worst behaviour by Housekeeping , dirty rooms and arrogant attitude.Sorry next time me not going to do booking at NH hotels for sure.

I am amazed by my stay over here. Well done to the staffs - impeccable service. They were very polite, and professional. Thus, they made the hotel very welcoming to guests.I can see amazing value with the price paid for our rooms. The rooms were super clean and spacious. Also, cleaners helped to tidy up the room on a daily basis - which is superb.Breakfast was of good quality with diverse dishes and pastries. All were very tasty.In a nutshell, this would be my go-to-hotel when I am in Prague.

Bastante "normalito" muy ruidoso con sirenas pasando constantemente frente a las ventanas, el edificio de en frente súper iluminado filtraba luz por las cortinas y los caudales de la ducha y la climatización eran mejorables, aun así por ese precio no está mal y la comida estaba muy bien.

Hotel indicado para reuniones de negocios.Pro: Está alejado del centro histórico por lo que no hay turistas, pero muy bien comunicado en transporte público. A 7 min en taxi del aeropuerto.Contra: buffet libre de comida y desayuno muy limitado y repetitivo. Mala señal de WiFi en las plantas superiores del hotel.Precio medio de 1 noche: 70eur

Totalmente recomendable. Un sitio tranquilo muy cerca de todo con el tranvía. El jacuzzi ideal para descansar tras la visita a la ciudad. El personal muy amable lo cual sorprender con el carácter de los Checos. El desayuno genial al estilo NH. Yo volveré si volvería a Praga. Sorprende el acceso mediante funicular desde el otro NH

Buen hotel. La habitación es buena, si bien esperábamos algo mejor. Te dicen en la web que está a 20 minutos del centro de Praga a pie, pero no es así (40 minutos a buen paso). Nos llamó la atención que las cortinas son translúcidas, por lo que en cuanto amanece la habitación se llena de luz y el dormir se vuelve tarea imposible... Si al menos dieran antifaces... El desayuno muy bueno y variado. El personal del hotel muy amable.

Es un hotel grande con restaurante y servicio de transporte. El precioes asequible si reservas con bastante antelación, el personal es amable y todos hablan en inglés (debes dominar el inglés si quieres que te entiendan ya que no hablan español). Las habitaciones son amplias y las mantienen muy limpias. El restaurante es caro y poco variado. Está cerca de restaurantes y un centro comercial.

Un bonito recuerdo de nuetra estada en la República Checa, excelente Hotel, gente muy amable. Inolvidables nuestro paseo por esa maravillosa ciudad y el paso por los puentes sobre el Moldava. Muy original el funicular a la dependencias superiores del hotel, una vista espectacular. Un saludo, desde este lejano Chile, para todos los ciudadanos de este hermoso pais.
