“Certamente não é barato, já que é mais um hotel e não um all-inclusive, mas no geral um ótimo resort e a melhor opção para Key West. Este resort era um santuário longe das ruas movimentadas. É um dos únicos hotéis à beira-mar com sua própria praia. Você também tem acesso ao resort irmão, Casa Marina, que fica a 5 minutos a pé.A praia privada e a área da piscina eram espaçosas e não tivemos problemas em conseguir cadeiras de praia. Os servidores e a equipe foram maravilhosos.”

“We arrived to a beautiful resort. When we checked in housekeeping left a dirty cup outside that got drank by our kids as we were getting situated. We had asked for housekeeping to come twice and due to having aunts all over the floors and counter tops that we saw the next day. No one ever came. When we came back after dinner we asked to have this fixed and they told us we could be moved the next morning. Now we can’t move till 1 or 2pm when housekeeping arrives at 9. They are leaving us with our kids in an ant infested room and I have never been so shocked and upset. We paid too dollar to be here and this is just awful. As beautiful as the property is, we will not return since we can’t sleep in our rooms and have a good nights rest.”
