The hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance to a lot of restaurants and attractions. The room was small, but perfect for what we needed. Our room was very clean, including the bathroom. Water was always nice and hot. The bed was super comfy, and the staff gave us non-down pillows on request. The elevators were pretty slow. The staff were working hard to accommodate many guests.

Friendly staff, clean room, great location. Nice food in the lobby floor in Elephant & Castle Pub. I was here for 4 nights with my friends and it's a perfect place for friends, couple & people who travel. We could also leave our suitcases after the checkout in the hotel for a couple hours while we were waiting for another flight :) I would come back! :)

I'm giving it a four stars only because the staff was super helpful and kind. I booked through expedia and was having issues with them but the front desk person I spoke to was super friendly and helpful. He was able to resolve my issue through them. I booked on the same day as I was very exhausted from traveling and needed a place to rest. The room itself is perfect for basic needs. The bed was soft and comfy. However, I wish the room was just a bit more cleaner. The air vents had some dust and grime in them, the floors felt icky. In the information it says housekeeping service "vacuuming if needed" so they don't vacuum at all unless they see if its needed. I found that strange as they should be cleaning all the time. (The only reason why I didn't give them a 5 star) but other than that everything was nice and convenient. If this place got some upgrades it would be such a good location to stay for longer than a day.

VERY clean, the whole hotel was so clean. The room was small but it was so cozy. The only thing I’d change is the fact that the room had no mini fridge. Other than that, we loved the hotel, and the area. This was our first stay in Chicago and I’m glad we chose the hotel that we did! We will be coming back to this place. Affordable, books to 18+ rather than 21+, and in the best location ever.

Fiquei muito satisfeita com a escolha do Club Quarters para a minha estadia em Chicago. O hotel estava sempre muito limpo, os funcionários são muito atenciosos e a estação com garrafinhas para encher de água em cada andar é um detalhe bastante agradável. O quarto é espaçoso, a cama é muito confortável e as instalações do banheiro são ótimas. A localização é excelente, perto de várias atrações e com muitas opções de transporte. O único ponto negativo é que após as 20h e aos finais de semana (principalmente domingo) há poucos restaurantes e cafés abertos. Quem se hospedar no Club Quarters Central Loop precisa estar ciente de que talvez seja necessário se deslocar até outra área para fazer uma refeição.

Location was good and the staff was friendly, but that's where the good ends.We booked a room for 3 adults.Be warned that they do NOT have any rooms with more than one bed!We had a room with a queen bed and a chair that pulled out into small bed.There were 2 towels and 2 pillows for three adults.We asked for an additional towel and pillow for the third guest and to also have the sheets changed on the chair since there were food crumbs in the sheets.The hotel brought the requested items and dumped them off outside the hotel door in the hallway floor.There was still food left over in the fridge from the previous guest too.Walls were partly painted but not fully, and the dust build-up on the air vents and sprinkler head was ridiculous.The shower was this weird "L" shape with the shower head in the far corner where you could not stand in front of it.There is a wealth of hotels available in Chicago.Stay somewhere else.

This has a professional vibe but very relaxing! We enjoyed the "Day room" while touring the city, which we found very helpful since the temperature spiked up. We were able to have a respite while the sun was high and continued our tour in the afternoon. We were also grateful for the unlimited chilled water bottle. I would come here again and recommend this hotel for ease and comfort of going around Chicago.

Me he quedado mas de 4 veces en este hotel y siempre he tenido buenas experiencias. El personal del front desk es muy amable. Las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas. Las habitaciones que tienen vistas al río valen muchísimo la pena, son unas vistas espectaculares aunque recomendaría que limpiaran los cristales para que la experiencia sea completa.

This hotel is a total gem! The location and price are great, the staff are amazing and the amenities are appreciated. It is close to Union Station, Willis Tower, Millennium Park and offers easy access to public transportation. There's a great pub on site, a relaxing lobby/lounge area and the hotel offers free bottled water. The staff were always helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I will absolutely stay here agin when traveling to Chicago.

Cama comoda y muy centrico, pero han pasado dias desde que deje el hotel y la fianza sigue bloqueada, ademas es una fianza muy alta.

Muy amable su personal, todo muy limpio, con bonitas vistas a la calle, está en el centro de la ciudad a unos pasos se encuentra el metro. Un lugar muy recomendable tanto que voy a regresar.

Me hospede en Julio 3 noches a través de Expedia, dentro d la descripción de todo lo que incluye el hotel incluidas las tarifas.. NUNCA mencionan que aparte tienes que pagar un depósito x noche.. OJO.. con cargo a tarjeta (la 1er noche 50 dls y las siguientes en 40 dls) te hacen la promesa de devolverlo si dejas en buenas condiciones la habitación y no hay cargos adicionales.Al hacer el check-out en recepción m dijeron que tenía que esperar de 5 a 7 días para que se viera reflejado el depósito pero que si pasando esos días no caía el depósito que no era necesario marcarles?? Por?? Que porque según ya era cosa de mi banco.. Desde ahí sospeché que ya no iba a ver ese dinero de vuelta, han pasado casi 2 meses y en efecto el banco m dice que no hay ningún depósito en proceso o retrasado de parte del hotel 🤬😡Puntos a favor del hotel: La ubicación.. literal caminando llegas a todos los atractivos turísticos 👍🏼 La habitación.. para lo que es.. Solo dormir, súper básica (me tocó un almohada dura y no hicieron limpieza 1 día) café incluido y agua refil Personal.. Amable y hablan español en recepción Rest/bar.. Se come muy rico, lugar agradableEn esta ocasión viaje con mi esposo, el próximo año planeamos regresar con nuestros hijos, creo que buscaremos otras opciones x el simple hecho d no ser honestos en sus tarifas y mentirle (sino es que robarle) a sus clientes.***Seguimiento.. Ya que no me deja agregar otro comentario.. Olvide mencionar que íbamos acompañados de una pareja de amigos, su habitación estaba a nombre de Joaquín Utrera Trujillo y los depósitos de su habitación se hicieron a MI tarjeta ya que ellos no contaban con una.. Por lo tanto se hizo un cargo a mi tarjeta de 180 dls que restando las 2 noches de estacionamiento hay un saldo a mi favor que después de casi 2 meses NO SE ME HA REFLEJADO. Gracias.

Me decepciono 😐-La habitación es muy pequeña, las fotos que estan al reservar no son del todo verdad.-Cobran un depósito de garantía como de 140 USD aparte de los impuestos que si anuncian.-El baño es pequeño e incómodo, que se inunda el piso.-No realizan limpieza en la habitación, por lo cual no tenemos tallas ni sabanas limpias.- En la información decía que hablaban español y no es verdad.-No tiene vista al río.-El inmobiliario es viejo y se esta desbaratando.*Lo único bueno es la ubicación que esta enfrente de la torre Trump (rio) y cerca de los atractivos turísticos, puedes caminar hacia Milenium Park, etc.

El precio es bueno. La habitación doble es cómoda, tienen salón donde podes trabajar sin molestar a nadie, ofrecen frutas, barritas de cereal y café/té todos los días. Si buscas comer sano, en comparación a un desayuno americano demasiado calórico. Se conecta con un restaurant donde se come muy bien. Reciben paquetes sin cobrarte y te los entregan a la habitación. Está muy bien ubicado si trabajas en el Loop.
