“I didn't like anything the stay it friendly, the towels in the room very old and one of the towels had hair on it no shampoo the room wasn't clean at all”

“Nothing. I called requesting room service and when I got back, nobody had cleaned. I called the front desk and the employee was completely unapologetic. She said housekeeping was gone for the day, You check out tomorrow..and there's nothing we can do”
