“Fantastic team! My boyfriend and I had planned a trip to see my family for Christmas, that had to be cancelled last minute because of Covid cases in my family. The 1 night we were supposed to stay at the NH San Sebastian therefore had to be cancelled, however the team at the hotel was very easy to reach and communicate with, and was kind enough to facilitate the cancelation. We are very grateful and will definitely opt for the NH anytime we will be back in San Sebastian.”

“This would have had more stars but it does not have air conditioning and although it’s lovely and modern we were baking in our room. We kept trying to make the thermostat work in the middle of the night, to no avail. So we opened the windows but on the first floor the street noise and barking dogs kept us awake all night. No sleep which ruined our following day. The attached restaurant is fantastic.”
