Hotel com boas instalações, bom serviço, no padrão Novotel. Nos deram doces gregos de boas vindas, o que demonstra carinho e atenção com os hóspedes. Só não dei nota 10 porque fica um pouco afastado do metrô.

Passei duas noites no hotel. Possuí terraço com piscina e uma linda vista. Café da manhã muito bom. Localização ótima, perto do centro. O quarto é bom, bem espaçoso e confortável, porém o banheiro foi projetado de tal modo que, quando se toma banho, a água alaga todo o banheiro e, devido a isso, tive que tirar as meias toda vez que ia entrar lá, para não molhá-las.

O hotel mantém o padrão Accor-Novotel na qualidade de serviços. O pessoal é atencioso, os quartos são confortáveis, o café da manhã é excelente. A localização não é a melhor de Atenas, mas o centro histórico pode ser facilmente alcançado por intermédio do metrô. Preços acessíveis.

Hotel localizado no centro de Atenas. Apesar de antigo os quartos são bem cuidados e limpos. O banheiro é moderno e bom para tomar banho (não possui banheira, que é típico de hotéis antigos e europeus). O terraço, onde localiza-se a piscina tem um bela vista da Acrópole porém o restaurante tem preços caros para o que você encontra geralmente em Atenas. O café da manhã é muito bom e para aqueles que saem muito cedo, antes da abertura do buffet, eles possuem um snack com torradas, bolachas etc. Ponto negativo é para a localização. Por ser no centro e ser uma área não muito cuidada, você não encontra restaurantes perto para jantar ou almoçar e há muitos mendigos e drogados na rua (há uns 200 metros há uma rua onde muitas pessoas se drogam - logo na nossa saída do hotel tinha um homem cheirando cocaina na frente de uma loja fechada e mais à frente, haviam varias pessoas usando todo tipo de droga - para quem já ouviu falar da Cracolândia em São Paulo, é muito parecido). Não fomos abordados por ninguém mas a sensação de insegurança era muito grande, tanto que optamos por retornar ao hotel e pedir room service).

Me colocaram para dormir no sofá, sendo que a reserva era para duas camas de solteiro, não dormi, pois o colchão era fino e os ferros do sofá me machucaram noite toda. Horrível, não consegui dormir. Somente no outro dia após muitas reclamações, nós colocaram em um quarto com duas camas de solteiro.

It's actually 3.5 ⭐the hotel needs renovation it did not have a usb plugins any where in the hotel , but the night shift front office attendant help me by plugin my phone to his desk top , the food was great fresh honey from the comb and the view at the pool yes , unfortunately I was give a handicapped room so maybe my experience was not that good the fridge light was flickering all night long and the curtains to the window were shorter so at 6:00am in the morning I had light in my face on the bed and by 7:30 it's too bright 🌞 picture are below , this are little things that need to be taken care of so guest can be comfortable in their rooms .The evening server and the Dinner was excellent. The hotel is great, but unfortunately i can't say the same thing for the neighborhood. Be careful walking along after dark, especially if you are a single woman.

Without consent I was given a smokers' room, reeking disgustingly. Opening the windows? Possible, but outside it is reeking of old rotten food. By far the worst experience I had in Athens and you should know that I was not complaining about a hostel for 9€/night.

When we checked in we got room 403. The room as you can see from the photos, were not bad at all with light walls, light furniture, carpet floor etc. As a gold member I got a bottle of wine as a welcome gift and that was lovely. The bed was quite comfortable, there was a Nespresso machine, we got robes, there was a fridge and water boiler, the small safe worked great etc. The small bathroom was also quite good and there were amenities like shampoo, conditioner, soap etc. Breakfast in the morning was good enough with various versions of eggs, bread, cereal, fruit, yogurt etc. The rooftop has a lovely pool and restaurant with a view to Acropolis and that was stunning. Some of the stuff that I was not that happy with: the wifi was very unstable and that was extremely annoying. It would be slow and then drop out completely. Some days it would work, and some days was terrible. The location is not that great! The area seems to have been hit by economic problems and there are lots of places that seems to have been shut down. We did walk into the city center and it takes 20-30 minutes. The nearest metro station is probably Larissa and that is about 10 minutes walk. If I go to Athens again I think I will probably look for a hotel a bit closer to the city center.

Was craving for Greek vanilla creme for months and tried my luck to see if Novotel has it or not when I arrived in Greece couple days back. They didn't have this on the menu but they made this specially for me and delivered it to my room. It meant a lot to me 🥺 Thank you all for walking the extra mile and put in the effort to serve me 🥺🙏 ευχαριστώ!!

Un hotel perfecto para tu viaje a Atenas. Con piscina, habitaciones muy cómodas y muy bien equipadas y un desayuno muy completo. Además, el personal del hotel es muy atento. Muy recomendable para esos eternos días de turismo o para los viajes de trabajo, incluso con niños o en pareja.

El hotel está muy bien, un clásico dentro de la calidad Novotel con habilidades con vistas al Partenón. Una pena que la piscina reina la anarquía. Un grupo de padres e hijos de nacionalidad francesa se han adueñado de la instalación y es imposible pasar un rato tranquilo.leyendo. Además el ruido ensordecedor y las continuas salidas de pelota que molestan al resto de clientes. Una pena que nadie responsable del hotel les haya llamado la atención para que pararan de molestar. Gran parte de la clientela hemos decidido irnos de la piscina ante tal escándalo.

Hotel de calidad. Un poco alejado de la zona turística (1,5-2km a los monumentos populares). Desayuno correcto, servicio y personal amable. La terraza y el gimnasio son dos puntos a su favor. Dispone de habitaciones para fumadores y no fumadores.

El hotel no esta mal pero la zona donde esta NO esbonita. A menos de 300 m te puedes encontrar con prostitutas, drogadictos ... aunque solo se ven a partir de las 9-10 de la noche, por el dia hay mucho inmigrante pero en los dias que estuve alli no tuve problemas. El hotel tiene todo lo necesario, los desayunos son completos, las habitaciones son normales, tienen lo necesario. Tiene una estacion de metro a 400m y el centro caminando en 20 min
