¡Todo es hermoso! La comida es muy sabrosa y variada. Por supuesto un poco de restaurante asiático trae. Y probablemente es hora de imponer multas por alimentos que la avaricia, las montañas imponen en los platos y luego todo en la basura. Personal, bien hecho.

Estábamos emocionados La habitación estaba muy limpia y agradable, la comida siempre era suficiente para elegir, así que había algo para todos. El personal fue super amable y sólo un minuto de la playa. Definitivamente regresaremos el año que viene👍👍👍

Excelente ubicación pero mala gestión. Técnicos, mucamas rescatistas se fueron colectivamente. El hotel no es técnicamente seguro debido a un mantenimiento inadecuado.

Me gustó mucho. Mi compañero y yo nos llevamos a nuestro hijo de 2 años en su 1ra vacaciones en la playa la semana pasada. Se divirtió mucho, además de que había muchos otros similares a su edad con los que interactuó. El personal de la piscina era muy amable e hizo mucho para entretenerlo a él y a los otros niños, incluidos los mayores también. Las dos piscinas, la playa, el cercano castillo hinchable y la feria de diversiones bastante cercana lo mantuvieron entretenido cuando el equipo del hotel no estaba también. Había un montón de tumbonas para los adultos para probar y relajarse, nunca tuvimos un asiento y nunca tuvimos que dejar nuestras toallas. Los otros adultos eran parejas mayores y familias, había un par de grupos de 18 a 30 años, pero eso es lo que se esperaba, dada la bebida, la fiesta del hotel cerca del hotel. La comida estuvo genial. Había restaurantes temáticos asiáticos y búlgaros que se podían reservar cada vez para alejarse de la comida del buffet, que era diferente cada noche, así que no podía quejarme. El hotel estaba limpio y bien mantenido, por dentro y por fuera. Las áreas circundantes eran un poco ásperas y necesitaban un poco de pensamiento de TLC, pero obtienes lo que pagas. Las bebidas y los lugares de comida fuera del hotel también se veían bien, y somos muy económicos para aquellos que no están en estancias con todo incluido. Una semana muy tranquila y relajante. Muy contentos de haber elegido Sunny Beach y el hotel Helios.

Liked it very much. My partner and I took our 2 year old on his 1st beach holiday here last week. He had a lovely time, plus there were quite a few others similar to his age he interacted with. The pool staff were very friendly and did lots to entertain him and the other children, including the older ones too. The two pools, beach, nearby bouncy castle and fairly close fun fair kept him entertained when the hotel team weren't around as well. There were plenty of sunbeds for the adults to try and chill out on, we never didn't get a seat and never needed to leave our towels. The other adults were moatly older couples and families, there were a couple of groups of 18 to 30s but that is as expected given the drinking,, party strip the hotel is nearby to. The food was brilliant. There was an Asian and Bulgarian themed restaurants which you could book each once to get away from the usual buffet food, which was different every evening so could not complain. The hotel was clean and well maintained, inside and out. The surrounding areas were a bit rough and needed some TLC thought, but you get what you pay for. The drinks and food places outside the hotel looked nice too, and we're very cheap for those not on all inclusive stays. A very chill and relaxing week spent. Very pleased we chose Sunny Beach and the Helios hotel.

The hotel is very nice. VERY big, everyone is lovely and bar staff are amazing, thumbs up from me... BUT... a few things, the animation team arnt very interactive, not many games either, there is no day time entertainment at all, there’s a speaker that i can’t hear playing music, the food is very nice... however they dont show you to your table, which is disappointing, lovely hotel, could do with a few improvements now and there. :)

The hotel is very clean with staff always willing to help you in anyway. Great food and the drinks flow all day up to 24.00 this is a great place to go and when all inclusive t is great for the money the pools are designed for children's safety. Will be coming back

This is a very spacious, spotlessly clean hotel opposite the beach. I stayed on an all inclusive basis, the food was fantastic with lots of choice to suit all tastes. Never had to wait to get a table in the restaurant even though the place was quite full. Plenty of bar staff too and bottled water available from reception. Pool areas were vast but all beds taken by 9am. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and recommend it to anyone.

Love this hotel for everything! It's so clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The food is good, never found something cold, not cooked well of empty plates on the buffet. The animationteam does it's best to entertain people from all ages and their enthusiasm was very contagious!

Stunning views, clean room and hotel. Staff literally scrubbed the pool clean! Staff are always hosting entertainment and make it very enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Went all inclusive, only had breakfast in the hotel and it was really good. Food was fresh and tasty. Never stayed for lunch or dinner as it was so cheap to eat out but it was always busy when we passed. Bar opened late and evening entertainment was provided. If you want to go out you're only 5 mins from the strip if that. You're just far enough away for it to be quite, yet close enough to go out every day.
