Pro- Lovely property , nice staff -cons my bathroom shower floor stayed wet. The shower curtain was too short and water did not drain. There was water all over bathroom floor.- the jucuzzi was so hot no one could get in. They said no one could access the temperature for some reason. That was one of the best parts of hotel. The pool bar closes very early around 5 or 6. So you gotta get there early- not the best location as you have to Uber everywhere andto beach or catch the shuttle that’s hard to catch.It’s right by T-Mobile entertainment centerwhich looks good but the food is not good in there and the prices are very high.I ordered a burger and pizzafrom room service it took 3 hours to receive and I still never got the pizza.

I wouldn’t say this is a 4.5 star hotel. The aesthetic definitely is beautiful but that, to me, is what makes it a 4.5 hotel. Let’s talk about the rooms… The room I was in had a balcony, so the view was amazing. The room itself was very small. There wasn’t enough room for two people to walk at the same time. They added unnecessary furniture so it made the room smaller. The lighting was not the best. There were no ceiling lights only plug in (except bathroom). Speaking of bathroom, there was no ventilation in the bathroom, so careful using hot water or be prepared for the consequences. The balcony did not have any lighting, which I recommended they should have. There were only 3 mirrors. One located in the bathroom (the best one with the best lighting), one in between the beds and a long stand up mirror that honestly was not placed in the best location of the room. There is no microwave or fridge. And the only thing they supplied for “ice” was a small bucket that could barely fit ice plus the actual drink. They also did not have any backups for towels or bed covers. May I also add that the hot tub outside is extremely hot. We asked if they could lower the temperature but they refused. They should have a heated normal pool vs the pool they have now. Again, the outside was amazing but the inner, well go check it out ;)

The hotel was nice and clean. Under such strict covid restrictions I felt secure and safe being here. On-site there were nice dining options but it was nice that next door, just walking distance were more great options. Staff were friendly & I look forward to coming back!!!

Me gusta este hotel por varias cosas. De primera instancia, donde se encuentra ubicado. Simplemente en el corazón del Distrito T-Mobile.Me encanta el Metropol ubicado cerca de su casino. Buen estacionamiento. No es muy grande, pero es familiar.

CON: Accommodations are equal to a (very, very expensive) roadside Motel. Super outdatedfor the price and our room overlooked a parking lot.CON: Breakfast felt like the The Hunger Games (completely disorganized... huge line to even get to the waiting list). It's a mess.CON (But should be a PRO): Complimentary Shuttle guy must be a figment of imagination, bc we tried to get picked up and dropped off twice and there wasn't any luck. Also, we found out the hard way that there's no way to get in touch with said shuttle/staff who can help out with shuttle.PRO/CON: The infinity pool and Jacuzzi are lovely... However, they would have been much more relaxing if there was a kids-only pool onsite. There were a few days when the pool and Jacuzzi were PACKED with kids. Loud. Splashy.MAJOR PRO: Service was awesome! Front desk is super accommodating and helpful (let us check-in/check-out early and stored our luggage). Wait staff in all of the hotel restaurants were lovely and accommodating (in spite of being super busy and short-staffed re pandemic regulations).

Mini vacaciones de navidad! Primera vez que me quedo en este hotel. Fue un fin de semana perfecto! El cuarto estaba limpio, la cama bien comoda y el aire acondicionado bien frío! El área de la piscina también estaba limpia. La comida del restaurante de la piscina super rica. En la noche, en la fiesta del trabajo, a comer y bailar! La pasamos súper! En el verano nos damos otra escapada y volvemos a otras mini vacaciones!

Fuimos para celebrar aniversario 21 ya que a mi esposo le encantan las carnes a la parrilla y que decepción tan mala nos llevamos. El tiempo que hay que espera4 en lo que pasan con los cortes de carnes es algo ridículo.Apenas probamos 2 cortes de carne y 1 muslito de pollo 🍗 en 1 hora allí sentados. Para el restaurante ese servicio garantiza que el cliente no pueda comer la cantidad que desearía de carnes, pero para el cliente que es quien esta pagando por un menu ilimitado de carnes no sirve pq no llegas a comer bien. La próxima vez vamos a un steakhouse donde pida lo que desea y lo disfrute sin tener que estar esperando tanto tiempo a que pasen a repartir. Demás esta decir que fue un regalo mediocre que jamás alcanzo las expectativas que yo le había dicho a mi esposo.

Staff and service was amazing! Especially the pool and pool/bar staff. Great team. Disappointed with the car parking system. Having to sign in and out of the garage EVERYDAY for an extended period of time is annoying and honestly... A waste of paper. Also, the hot tub was broken 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 room design could've been a little better. Other than that... I enjoyed my time there! Would definitely go back and recommend.

Although the check-in practice was slow and no one behind the desk felt any sense of urgency, this hotel can grow on you! The coffee is definitely a different breed, seemed strong enough to grow hair no matter how much cream I added (might just be a Puerto Rican thing). Hotel beds seem weathered yet the room appears clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Meal at pool bar was good. Saturday's breakfast buffet- also good. FREE Shuttle stops next to hotel and takes you quickly to Old San Juan. Great views from room and pool deck. Cafe off lobby is a bit pricey. Reserved our room through a AAA special. Enjoyed my time here (pool and pool bar is awesome). Be aware of the unpublished add-on taxes. We were never asked if we were vaccinated. Masks are required in public.

El hotel es muy cómodo... excelente para viaje de negocios... solo tengo 2 observaciones: 1. Las habitaciones necesitan update urgente, sobre todo los baños, aunque la cama era muy cómoda, se sentía viejo y el baño si necesita intervención. Me gusto que tenia una plancha y tabla de planchar, para mi eso fue un detalle muy bueno ya que yo estaba en viaje de trabajo y todos los días necesitaba acomodar mi ropa. No hay nevera en la habitación y creo que deben considerar agregarla. 2. Las opciones para comer dentro del hotel es muy limitada, todos los días desayune lo mismo y en la noche para cenar debía irme al Distrito T-Mobile (donde todos los restaurantes son muy buenos pero caros) o irnos a los restaurantes del hotel enfrente. A pesar de estos puntos, nuestra estadía fue buena y volvería a usarlo.

Stayed there 5 nights at the end of October 2021 for vacation. Our ADA room was 100% wheelchair accessible with a roll in shower. Room / floor was recently remodeled. Swimming pool / terrace are all accessible. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to city center has a wheelchair lift to get in the bus. Location is good, close to bars / restaurants. No breakfast included but 25 $ coupon for on site restaurants per day. Subtracted one star for the incredibly high price per night of more than 400 $ which is by no means justified for what the hotel offers.
