“I stayed for about a week for a conference.Hotel staff was nice and helpful.Room was clean and good sized with small microwave kitchen and fridge.I was on the third floor and didn't have any noticeable street noise, other than the occasional person taking off quickly from the intersection.Complementary breakfast was pretty standard, with the main attraction being the Texas shaped Belgium Waffle maker.Would stay again.”

“Conveniently located in Dallas’ West End within walking distance of plenty of decent restaurants. The only upscale place is the Y. O. Ranch Steakhouse. Only valet parking is offered, no on site self parking is available. My room was huge as you can see in my photos. The rooms and furnishings are adequate but definitely show their age. The staff was extremelyfriendly and helpful.”
