“Some friends and I were visiting from Toronto and had quite the stellar experience staying at SpringHill. Alexandre checked us in at the front desk and when asked for recommendations, gave us plenty of options and insights subject to our personal preferences and time restraints. The rooms were clean and quite spacious. The breakfast was available for pick-up/take-out from the front desk, which is a fairly solid compromise given the current public health situation.”

“First time staying in a hotel since the start of COVID and you can tell that the staff at the hotel are trying to adjust to the new normal. Having said that, they did amazing given the weird situation we are all in and the customer service was superior! They were accommodating, polite and sincerely trying to assist. The level of customer service provided floored all of us and we definitely will be back. This hotel offered the best of all our needs: location of the hotel is ideal, right in the heart of everything, rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff need to run a course for other companies on customer service.”
