“The hotel , all of them need fans in the bathroom. Hiltons are the only Hotel that I have seen that doesn’t provide them and should.. also serve regular staples for breakfast like scrambled eggs and potatoes.. The bacon on the sandwiches wasn’t cooked, and the eggs were hard. You pay a lot of money to stay it should be top notch. FANS in bathroom are a must.”

“I needed to stay at this hotel because of an event that I attended. Otherwise, I don't stay in suite type hotels like this. When we arrived and got the key to our room, the room hadn't been cleaned yet (it was well after the check in time). There were liquor bottles on the sink as well. We went down to get keys to another room; the heating and air unit in the 2nd room was making a loud high pitched noise when running. We then went to get keys to a 3rd room. This room didn't seem to have any dishes in it. We found out later that the dishes were clean, but hadn't been cleaned out of the dishwasher yet.
I had to sleep on the sofa bed as the queen bed was going to be slept on by the other person in the room. When I went to make up the bed, there were no sheets or blankets, etc. So I had to go down to the front desk yet again to get those things.
I will say that the front desk attendant was nice and helpful, but as we had to keep changing rooms because of various problems, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.”
