“Stayed here many times over the past 20 years and the hotel finally updated their rooms - and did a great job too!Adopting what seems to be the new Hyatt look, the room is cleaner and better furnished.Restaurant is very good, snack/bar area is good too.Only reasons to remove a star is for the elevators and the noise.One elevator wasn't working on a very busy weekend leading to long wait times.Also, with higher occupancy rates and families/kids staying weekends, the noise heard in the hallways and between rooms is very noticeable.Better to stay during the week than a weekend for business travelers.”

“We had such a wonderful stay here this past weekend. The hotel - lobby, market, and rooms - is beautiful and the staff is so lovely. Doug helped me when I checked in. My card wasn't working so he instructed me on how to do an online authorization so we could make it work. He was so polite and patient with the fact that I was making check in more complicated. And the whole while I enjoyed chatting with him and the other front desk staff. He was pleasant each time we had to stop by the desk to get parking validated. The staff at the bar and the coffee shop/market were also incredibly friendly. The whole time I just felt like we were staying with friends. Everything about it was just great. I will absolutely stay here again.”
