These guys are excellent! We flew all night and arrived at 9 am for the check in and they went out of their way to get us in a room. The rooms are very comfortable we slept well. The location is superb ! Worth the price !

The temperature outside is 94°. The temperature in my room is 78°. That is a differential of 15°. I am told this is normal. Last time I checked air conditioners are capable of much better things. I can’t believe this is a “Park Hyatt” That’s theoretically their best global brand The hotel needs to be downgraded from that status

Every time we come to Mendoza we stay here, since 2012, BEST HOTEL IN THE CITY, hands down, no competition. Phenomenal staff, attention, food and drinks. They are friendly and the spa is AMAZING. You can't beat the location either. It's a no brainer, don't look anywhere else unless you want to stay at a vineyard.

I gotta admit, I'm a Hyatt Guy. I've stayed in many of their brands around the world: Andaz, Grand Hyatt, Park Hyatt, Hyatt Place, Regency . . . The list goes on. This is a very nice property. The location, across the street from Independence Park, is, most likely, convient to why you're in Mendoza. Staff is amazing and very attentive. The building itself looks like a fabled hotel. It also has an onsite casino for when you get the itch to try your luck! Steam room! If you don't know what I mean, then you really need to stay here to find out what I'm talking' 'bout! It's true that like is too short. Treat yourself!

Had a three night stay. This hotel leaves me confused about how to rate it. The staff were from good to excellent. Front desk was nice, the staff at the bar/ restaurant in the hotel’s interior courtyard were excellent, they went above and beyond. The location is excellent, plenty of places to walk to. I did not dine or drink at the front, street facing patio restaurant, but I did have breakfast in that restaurant each morning. Service there was fine and this hotel did graciously provide us with complimentary breakfast, which was a nice gesture. This buffet still lacks what Park Hyatt’s standards should be, but it was better than the Park Hyatt Buenos Aires. I’m starting to think that Argentina just doesn’t “do” breakfast. If two Park Hyatts in one country sorely disappoint for breakfast, I think it’s a clue that breakfast isn’t their thing. But I suppose nobody goes to Argentina for the famous breakfasts…and their lunches and dinners are spectacular there. There is a busy and fairly large casino in the hotel, lots of locals there. I think it’s the first casino I’ve ever been where the staff we not friendly, helpful, etc. Normally when a business is legally fleecing money from customers they at least make them feel welcomed and appreciated. Not at this casino… Now to the real problem with this hotel. It’s worn out, torn, stained and scuffed everywhere. Literally, that’s not an exaggeration. From the lobby to the halls to the rooms. This hotel is in serious need of an update and refresh. Imagine a 40 year old Hyatt Regency in Orlando that has been trampled by millions of people and never had a fresh coat of paint. That’s this hotel. Is this hotel option in a great location and acceptable condition and can you get a good nights rest? Yes. Is this anywhere even close to the conditions a Park Hyatt brand should allow? Absolutely not.

A very beautiful property in one of the nicer cities in Argentina. The façade is very beautiful and the interior is quite nice as well. There was a lovely Christmas tree out for the holidays in the lobby which was a nice touch. The room was quite large. The furniture was not exactly new but the size certainly made up for it. Espresso maker in the room was very convenient. Overall an excellent value for what you get.

Stayed forb3 night. Room was very well appointed and super clean. We've luscious bed and exquisite bedding. Turn down service was wonderful. Room was on a smaller size, but very well lit and the bathroom was beautiful. Lonely one thing was really bothering us - noise. All 3 nights something was going on on our floor. This is not hotels issues, but they should have addressed those people right away. Grill Q and Bistrom M were super underwhelming. Go elsewhere to eat. Only one good thing I can say about Wine Bar- most amazing experience! Thank you Mario!

More like Mendoza City Palace! I love this place so much, let me count the ways: 1. The interior design of this place is incredible. Sky high ceilings, abstract art, and wide open spaces. #YES 2. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The concierge never runs out of ideas and is always ready to make your Mendoza excursion fantasies come true. 3. The city view from the bedroom is one of my favorite wake-ups in the world. Mendoza is so lush and green, so when you open your curtain to the day VOILA! 4. The spa and its staff is other-worldly. I've been there so many times that the can all actually pronounce my name. The Swedish massage is my absolute favorite and little snooze in the relaxation room with your complimentary tea in cast iron tea kettle makes for the perfect happy ending. Time to make another appointment! ~*~Thank you! Come again ~*~
