“It's my first time to London and I really I had a wonderful experience here. The staff are really nice and friendly. We arrived very early on the checkin day and the room is not ready. The staff gave us free breakfast(I am a Platinum member) even though it's not required. The breakfast here is also fantastic, which has a bunch of delicious food with lots of choices. They let us store the luggage in the hotel so that we can hang out for fun. We have a 2 year old son and the hotel gave a few gifts to my son and my son really likes the gifts. The hotel is next to China town and we enjoyed the food there. This is definitely a wonderful place I would like to recommend to everyone if you want to visit London!”

“Wonderful staff, exceptional service and suites are well equipped,clean, spacious with a bathroom fully enclosed. The individual rooms are comfortable except the sink in not in the bathroom with the toilet. The dance club is definitely a fun atmosphere.
