Nice budget hotel….nothing too fancy but the beds are comfy and reasonable clean. Affordable when on a budget in Niagara. The room was reasonably clean. Bed was comfy. The hotel restaurant Turtle Jacks is very good. Check in was extremely slow. We have two small kids, and this was a bit annoying. Maid service is only every three days, this is a weak point as it’s nice to have your bed made at least.

The Staff were very pleasant. Check in and out was very quick. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We parked on site. The parking lot was well maintained. We walked to nearby restaurants and the Casino. A farther walk to see the Falls. We had a better experience here than what we had at one of the larger hotels in Niagara Falls. We would definitely stay here again.

Pathetic experience. Firstly, they cancelled the room (with Falls view) we booked with a stating it was done due to storm damage. Staff at the reception weren’t apologetic of the situation and told us to cancel the room free of charge. Apparently, that’s the best they can do. Secondly, since the room we booked was cancelled, they gave us a standard room which had an old smell. The bathroom could use an upgrade. The shower was broken and water wouldn’t drain. Standard Room charge per night was $100 plus taxes. Definitely not worth that much. It’s best to avoid this hotel.

My spouse and I travelled with our 1 year old dog the staff at the front desk was very accommodating. Check in was very quick and simple. Our room was clean and comfortable and it was quiet. We had 2 queen beds and a pretty decent view of the falls. Furniture is a-bit dated but it wasn’t a major concern. If you have pets and are coming to Niagara I would recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay when visiting Niagara Falls. They are a hotel that accommodates pets. There aren’t too many decent hotels that will welcome your furry friend. Turtle Jacks restaurant is connected to the hotel where you can enjoy a decent meal whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. The room where we stayed was capable of accommodating 6 people: 2 queen size beds and a sofa bed. Was spacious and never felt cramped. The only complaint we have is there was a used mask and rubber gloves left by the previous guests behind the alarm clock, which shows that a thorough cleaning was not performed. Regardless of that, all in all a decent place to stay when you are visiting Niagara Falls. Rating - 3.5 stars out of 5
