“Debo admitir honestamente que estaba un poco preocupado por mi estadía en Scandic the Mayor después de leer varias críticas. Pero me sorprendió gratamente. El personal fue muy amable y acogedor. Había reservado una habitación superior extra que era agradable, espaciosa y limpia, con una buena cama que estaba un poco gastada en la mesa, pero nada que generara. Nuestra habitación estaba en el tercer piso con una vista de la calle y el ayuntamiento / parque. Realmente no podíamos escuchar ningún ruido de la carretera a menos que las ventanas estuvieran abiertas. El buffet de desayuno era muy bueno con una excelente selección, así que había algo para todos. La calidad de la comida también fue buena. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, a poca distancia a pie de todas las cosas. Ni siquiera tuvimos problemas de espacio en el estacionamiento, pero el personal nos informó que se estaba llenando rápidamente. Mi única crítica es que debería haber al menos una plaza de aparcamiento reservada para discapacitados. Definitivamente algo que volveré a reservar.”

“Very poor experience where we had a room with such a small bathroom, we couldn't believe it! We would actually call it a non-existing bathroom. When we saw the bathroom in the room next door, we were shocked about how Scandic would even call our room an upgraded Køge room (327)! Since the bathroom was so small, additional towels were needed, as the whole floor was getting totally wet, and even after 4 hours, no additional towels were delivered.
The receptionist told us that all the rooms at the hotel had the same size. Not correct! He also said that there were no other rooms available. Not correct!
Poor room, and certainly poor service.
Don’t go there - is our recommendation!”
