Hotel incrível - me faz querer voltar a Orlando / Kissimmee apenas para ficar neste lugar relaxante onde você é tratado como um VIP. O serviço foi impecável. O nosso quarto era limpo e cheirava incrível. A decoração é luxuosa e moderna. O restaurante foi ótimo. A melhor parte foi como a gerência / os proprietários adoravam meu filho e lhe deram brinquedos e sobremesas. O garoto estava feliz como um molusco, assim como nós. Eu definitivamente estarei de volta!

Increíble hotel: me dan ganas de volver a Orlando/Kissimmee solo para quedarme en este lugar relajante donde te tratan como a un VIP. El servicio fue impecable. Nuestra habitación estaba limpia y olía increíble. La decoración es lujosa y moderna. El restaurante fue genial. La mejor parte fue cómo la gerencia/los dueños adoraban a mi hija y le daban juguetes y postres. El niño estaba feliz como una almeja, al igual que nosotros. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!

Amazing hotel- makes me want to return to Orlando/ Kissimmee just to stay at this relaxing place where you're treated like a VIP. The service was impeccable. Our room was clean and smelled amazing. The decor is luxurious and modern. The restaurant was great. The best part was how management/ the owners doted on my child and gave her toys and desserts. The kid was happy as a clam, as were we. I will definitely be back!

Fiquei lá no fim de semana, foi uma experiência incrível. Realmente lindo hotel e quartos limpos. Eles deixam chinelos de cortesia ao lado da cama que são super confortáveis. Fizemos reservas para jantar no sal e na adega e estamos super impressionados com o mixologista e as apresentações de bebidas. A comida também era deliciosa - o hambúrguer era o meu favorito. Também tenho que mencionar Luis e Cesar, eles foram muito atenciosos. Eu estava com meu bebê de 9 meses e eles se certificaram de que me trouxessem o berço certo. O dono do hotel também me trouxe pessoalmente uma geladeira para o quarto para que eu pudesse manter a comida do meu bebê gelada. Em geral, satisfeito com a minha estadia e definitivamente voltarei. Me alojé allí durante el fin de semana, fue una experiencia increíble. Realmente hermoso hotel y habitaciones limpias. Te dejan zapatillas de cortesía junto a tu cama que son súper cómodas. Hicimos reservaciones para cenar en Salt and the Cellar y estamos muy impresionados con su mixólogo y las presentaciones de bebidas. La comida también era deliciosa, la hamburguesa era mi favorita. También tengo que mencionar a Luis y Cesar, fueron muy complacientes. Tenía a mi bebé de 9 meses conmigo y se aseguraron de traerme la cuna adecuada. El dueño del hotel también me trajo personalmente una nevera a la habitación para que pudiera mantener fría la comida de mi bebé. En general, satisfecho con mi estadía y definitivamente regresaré. Desde el ambiente del hotel, hasta la comida y el servicio… todo espectacular 👌🏽 ¡Gracias!

Stayed there over the weekend, it was an amazing experience. Really beautiful hotel and clean rooms. They leave complimentary slippers by your bed which are super comfortable. We made dinner reservations at the salt and the cellar and we’re super impressed with their mixologist and the drink presentations. Food was also delicious- the burger was my favorite. I also have to mention Luis and Cesar, they were very accommodating. I had my 9 month old baby with me and they made sure that they brought me the right crib. Hotel owner also personally brought me a fridge to the room so that I could keep my baby’s food cold. In general, satisfied with my stay and will definitely return. From the hotel vibe, to the food and the service… everything spectacular 👌🏽 Thank you !

Você é imediatamente recebido por um belo ambiente e funcionários atenciosos. A comida e coquetéis (mocktails) eram absolutamente deliciosos e da mais alta qualidade. O restaurante proporcionou uma experiência completa com apresentações únicas dos pratos e perfis de sabores complexos. Para completar, o serviço foi impecável. Nossos servidores Randi e John foram tão adoráveis, muito experientes e forneceram alguns dos melhores serviços que já experimentei. Fale sobre uma boa surpresa. Este lugar envergonha todos os outros hotéis com seu atendimento ao cliente 10 estrelas. Além do chamado do dever. O hotel é um edifício elegante com uma decoração moderna e fresca que não rivaliza com nenhum. No check-in, eles nos mudaram para uma suíte e deixe-me dizer o que é uma suíte. I would give 10 stars if I could. The entire experience, as soon as you step inside, is unlike anything you will find in Orlando. You are immediately greeted by a beautiful ambience and attentive staff. The food and cocktails (mocktails) were absolutely delicious and of the highest quality. The restaurant provided an entire experience with such unique presentations of the dishes and complex flavor profiles. To top everything off, the service was impeccable. Our servers Randi and John were so lovely, very knowledgeable and provided some of the best service I’ve experienced. The GM Gino was kind enough to guide us through of the stunning hotel afterwards to close out the evening. Highly recommend.

Talk about a nice surprise. This place shames all other hotels with it’s 10 star customer service. Beyond the call of duty. The hotel is a smart looking building with a fresh modern decor that rivals none. At check in they upgraded us to a suite and let me tell you what a suite. From the electric blinds to the decor, the box full of toiletries , the Nespresso machine, plushest robe, bedding to die for, pop up TV and an elegant modern bathroom. Pool is wonderful w fresh fruit infused water, a very practical picnic basket you can take around the property to enjoy your own drinks. Food was superb at their Michelin rated restaurant. I can’t wait to come back.

Fiz o check-out deste lindo hotel hoje, já estive em muitos hotéis / resorts de luxo de alto nível, mas nenhum deles se compara à hospitalidade que este hotel tem. A proprietária Sheila certificou-se de que eu, meus filhos, minha esposa e minha mãe e meu pai sempre fomos atendidos e fomos além para nos fazer sentir bem-vindos e em casa! Tenho tantas coisas a dizer sobre a minha experiência, tudo foi 5*! Se eu pudesse dar uma avaliação de 1 milhão de estrelas eu daria! Eu estava esperando belos quartos, mas os quartos eram muito mais luxuosos do que minhas expectativas! As fotos do hotel não fazem justiça. Eu não posso esperar para voltar! Que jóia absoluta para abrir em Kissimmee, o almoço estava delicioso e o burrito de longe o mais leve que já provei. O spa foi uma experiência incrível, tão íntima e relaxante. O alojamento é a simplicidade luxuosa no seu melhor. O menu do jantar era tão interessante com uma variedade de sabores em oferta e a equipe em todos os encontros é o melhor serviço de hospitalidade, tão atencioso, mas nunca mais potente, mas se você precisasse de algo, eles estavam lá. Definitivamente um lugar que você vai querer voltar também.

Ette Hotel faz jus ao seu nome e imagem. É de fato um hotel boutique, separado do resto do pacote por acabamentos impecáveis ​​e excelente serviço. Ette Hotel lives up to its name and image.It is indeed a boutique hotel, separated from the rest of the pack by impeccable finishes and outstanding service.The Owners, Alex and Sheila's presenceand attention to detail and customer's needs, greeting every guest by their names, continuously attending to the guest alongside the staff made the visit to the hotel and restaurant truly an "experience."According to my 7 year old daughter, "I love the hamburger, the spa and everything."Our visit exceeded my expectation.

What an absolute jewel to open in Kissimmee, the lunch was delicious and the burrito by far the lightest I've ever tasted.The spa was an amazing experience, so intimate and relaxing.The accommodation is luxurious simplicity at it's best.The dinner menu was so interesting with such an array of tastes on offer and the staff throughout every encounter are hospitality service at it's absolute best, so attentive yet never over powering but if you needed anything they were there.Definitely a place you'll want to return too.

I checked out of this gorgeous hotel today, I’ve stood at a lot of high profile luxury hotels/resorts but none of them could compare to the hospitality this hotel has. The owner Sheila made sure that me, my kids, my wife, and mom and dad was always taken care of and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and at home! I have so many things to say about my experience everything was 5*’s! If I could give a 1million star review I would! I was expecting beautiful rooms but the rooms were a lot more luxurious than my expectations! Photos of the hotel does not do any justice. I can not wait to come back! Thank you so much Sheila for such a beautiful joyful time my family and I really loved your hotel you guys are the best! :)

Nos invitaron unos amigos que habían escuchado del hotel nuevo, fuimos al restaurant Akira Back que está al lado del Lobby. Fue una de las mejores experiencias gastronómicas que he podido tener. Los platos son insuperables y el servicio excelente. Los cócteles muy divinos aún que no tienen licor los disfrutamos muchísimos. Se convirtió en uno de mis lugares favoritos.We were invited by some friends who had heard about the new hotel, we went to the Akira Back restaurant which is next to the Lobby.It was one of the best dining experiences I have ever had.The dishes are second to none and the service excellent.The very divine cocktails even though they do not have liquor, we enjoyed them very much.It became one of my favorite places.
