Rooms are fine. Friendly staff. Bathrooms have been remodeled with barn doors that completely eliminate privacy. Everything you do in the bathroom can be seen, heard, and smelt through the massive gaps. Whoever the interior architect was should be fired

Overall this place was ok. The breakfast was very good and the location was close to the airport and Chinatown, places I visited. The digital and regular keys had an issue a few times and they only had 1 elevator which often took a non, so those were the negatives.

It does the job. The building is slightly dated, the elevator is really slow but they're minor complaints. Rooms are clean, parking and breakfast were complimentory which was a nice benefit. Bed was really comfy. Location is very safe and a short drive from many food options, shops etc. They also have a little snack shop with everything from drinks and snacks to frozen burritos and instant ramen. Perfect for a stay near the airport.

The rooms were clean we stayed for two nights last week. The staff is friendly plus free breakfast and parking! The morning we checked out; the front desk helped us out by tagging our bags and stored them for free! We did not feel safe leaving them in the car in San Francisco.

Clean and spacious room, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom allowed for plenty of room without feeling cramped! Breakfast was amazing with lots of delicious options for all dietary needs or preferences. Location is close to the airport so you do hear take off, if your a extremely light sleeper earplugs may be desirable otherwise it’s not to loud and is tolerable. Will definitely plan to stay again in future trips.

Buena ubicación y hotel. El aparcamiento era gratuito y estaba cerca. Ascensores ubicados convenientemente a ambos extremos del piso. La habitación estaba limpia y el personal era amable. We stay here every time we visit the Bay Area.The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport as well as main streets of Burlingame. The rooms are clean and the staff is pleasant.It is across the street from the the waterfront path which is a wonderful walk. There is free parking, free wi-fi, free breakfast, and good cable tv channel selection.All of this at a reasonable price.Will book here again soon.

Em geral, este Hampton Inn foi bom ... mas não muito bom em comparação com outros Hampton Inns em que eu já fiquei. O principal motivo foi o hotel poderia usar um nice "face lift". Um pouco velho e cansado. Notado pequenas rachaduras e amassados no piso, paredes, carpete / cadeiras no lobby estavam manchados, etc. Não horrível, mas não a qualidade de Hampton. Tudo o resto estava bem. A equipe foi amigável e sempre perguntando se as necessidades estavam sendo atendidas. O café da manhã tinha muitas opções (até sanduíches feitos - PB&J - para uma caminhada e viagem de avião para casa). Quarto A / C foi ótimo - bom e frio! Banheiro / chuveiro era bom. O preço do hotel era razoável.

En general, este Hampton Inn era bueno ... pero no muy bueno comparado con otros Hampton Inns en los que me he alojado. La razón clave es que el hotel podría usar un buen "lavado de cara". Un poco viejo y cansado. Noté pequeñas grietas y abolladuras en las baldosas del piso, paredes, alfombras / sillas en el vestíbulo manchadas, etc. No es horrible, pero no es de calidad Hampton. Todo lo demás estuvo bien. El personal era amable y siempre preguntaba si se satisfacían las necesidades. El desayuno tenía muchas opciones (incluso sándwiches preparados, PB&J, para hacer una caminata y viajar en avión a casa). El aire acondicionado de la habitación era genial, ¡agradable y frío! El baño / ducha estaba bien. El precio del hotel era razonable.

In general this Hampton Inn was good...but not very good compared with other Hampton Inns I have stayed in. The key reason was the hotel could use a nice "face lift". A little old and tired. Noticed small cracks and dents in floor tile, walls, carpet/chairs in lobby were stained, etc. Not horrible, but not Hampton quality. Everything else was fine. Staff was friendly and always asking if needs were being met. Breakfast had plenty of options (even made sandwiches - PB&J - to take on a hike and plane ride home). Room A/C was great - nice and cold! Bathroom/shower was good. Price for hotel was reasonable.

All in all, it was a great and productive one-night stay before my mine and my parents' big international trip, especially with the amount of luggage we had (8 checked bags + 3 carry-on bags). The front desk staff (overnight and morning) were friendly. Included breakfast and shuttle service combined with clean rooms are the strongest suits for your hotel. I will absolutely stay at the hotel again for future travel needs. My only suggestions would be more vegetarian options at breakfast and extended/longer shuttle operating hours. Our flight wasn't departing until 1:45pm but we had no option but to take the 9:30am shuttle, which is the last shuttle during the day until evening. Thank you, AV

Very happy with our stay. Kind of an older hotel, but updated as well as possible. Rooms were clean, bathrooms were nice and bright, clean and we'll maintained. We needed to get 2 rooms for our big family, and this was a great price for San Francisco. Good location, easy access and we could drive into the northern part of the city in about 20 min. The only negative is that my kids were all very thirsty and all the vending machines were empty and the lobby store charged $4 for a small bottle of water. We had to go to a gas station to stock up on waters. The breakfast though, was super excellent! Really nice variety of hot and cold foods and it was all fresh and good quality. The breakfast was a super deal, and I would stay here again for that benefit alone. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff too.
