“I stayed here for one night and it’s a hidden gem! Everyone who worked there is so polite, the manager is extremely professional. Affordable, super clean, free parking, and great location I was able to walk to everything.”

“Absolutely fantastic place, truly a hidden gem in downtown Chicago. We stayed there for four nights and all the staff were extremely courteous and respectful. The hotel manager was happy to allow us a later checkout and is really a great person. We used the free parking and didn’t have any problems with finding a spot or safety and security during Christmas time. The rooms are truly worthy of a 5 star rating and even room service were very courteous. Will definitely be back!”
