“The location is nice but the staff is stuck up and pushy for you to buy items that are way to expensive and are small in size. Nice location but it's clear is not ran by any Americans who understands customer service or have been trained properly by the American Franchise Wyndham. This is so typical when going to American places here in Peru, they all never follow the franchise protocols and none of them understand good customer arg ie like we get in the USA or other parts of the world. I say this from being a frequently traveler and have visited over 30 countries in the last 15 years and have lived in Peru over 5 years.”

“Equivalent of a super 8 in the US. Way overpriced. Beds were so uncomfortable it was ridiculous. Ran out coffee and not available in the room for two days. Two towels for 3 people. One bottle of water. No one came to service the room. Staff was friendly and able to communicate in English. Service was great. Convenient it's across the street from the airport. Other than that, nothing great about this four day stay.”
