“I made a reservation with this hotel and told them that I am a Platinum member and I made the reservation through the Marriott Bonvoy program and the duty manager called Andreas told me that we can't give you an upgrade and they don't have a business lounge. 12 square meters and I spoke to them through the conversation in the Bonvoy program and there was no response in hours. I told them that I was not satisfied at all. I went to the reception and asked to meet the general manager.
