This is my fourth stay here and the branding had recently changed from Hilton to Intercontinental. I must say there is a drastic improvement in service and quality since my last visit in December. Very happy with the hospitality, food and promptness of the staff members. Going to be enjoying this for another couple of weeks here before heading back to India.

Best hotel in București, hands down. Every single staff member did everything they could to help with anything we needed. The renovations and design in the rooms is beautiful. Location is excellent. I've stayed at almost every nice hotel in București, and there are a few nice ones, but this is the best. Clean, nicely done and very well run. It's changing to an Intercontinental, so i hope the good is maintained and it gets even better.

The hotel is amazing. Very good location, not far from the old city and near the casino. The rooms are so beautifully designed and big, and they are at a very high standard. The hotel have a great spa including a pool, Jacuzzi and two saunas - wet and dry. The service is great, everything is very clean and the price is ok. Very recommended. We didn't had the breakfast.

Hotel was lovely, great location to historical landmarks, awesome breakfast selection and staff, rooms were clean and decorated well. Loved the closets! One suggested area to improve is better pillows…they go quite flat when you lay on them, including if you put two together. Really enjoyed the towel heating rack in the bathroom! Would recommend and stay here again

What a beautiful hotel. It was recently renovated and it shows, everything looks shiny and new. O was upgraded to the executive floor and my room was spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect, so close to everything if you want to be a tourist. The staff was all very friendly and breakfast was also very good. I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m lucky enough to return to Bucharest.

When I arrived at 9 p.m., reception was not occupied. My room was spacious, but about ~40 years old. Breakfast-offer was very limited, no buffet. Not planning to stay here again.

The rooms are very spacious I can perfectly do a cartwheel if only I can. Haha! It’s very bright and airy I love it! What’s best is that every room has a view of either the city or the courtyard– one is majestic and one is tranquil but both equally beautiful. Worry not because either way, you’ll get a spectacular view of the Revolution Square and the Romanian Athenaeum from the hotel which is by itself already glorious.

It`s a nice place, clean and well maintained. I was a bit disappointed by 2 things: You need to pay separately the parking spot, you don't get one by default when you're checking in (30€/day), and second - you need to pay the WiFi. There is no free WiFi on the premises. I felt like in early 2000 when Internet was a rare thing, not in 2020, when you have free WiFi in the busses and trains (10-15€/day). I'm not going to discuss about the rest of the prices, I'll just add them in pics.

Muy mala experiencia. Una estrella y porque no se puede menos la verdad. Al hacer el check in te hacen una retención de dinero en la tarjeta mayor que el de la estancia. Con tal mala suerte que nos lo cobraron dos veces y aún no hemos recibido ni el segundo cobro ni la diferencia de la retención. Así seguimos ya una semana después. Está claro que no volveremos nunca. de todos los hoteles en los que nos hemos alojado durante nuestras vacaciones ha sido el de más Estrellas y el peor trato y experiencia de todos. Es muy difícil cuando a falta de 7 días de viaje te quitan casi 500€ de la tarjeta de crédito. Y sin ningún tipo de aviso ni autorización. Directamente nos encontramos con dos cargos, del Segundo sin tener siquiera constanciaellos mismos.

Un hotel señorial en el centro de Bucharest. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas. Disponen de un ambiente de trabajo con una mesita y una silla comfortables. El servicio muy amable, aunque la oferta gastronómica es algo limitada.

Es genial, habitaciones enormes. El salón de la planta baja es precioso. Si pides tercera cama es una cama en condiciones, un colchón decente de 90 cm con un somier normal, a diferencia de otros hoteles del país.
