“I would not recommend this hotel, the room had a strong odor of mold and the bathroom sink kept clogging. There were no other suites available so I was stuck with the odor. After I left I asked guest services to follow up with me to let me know what the smell was in case it was black mold. No response a week later. Very disappointed with the Marriott hotel. The only positive comment was one of the waiters at the hotel restaurant that works in the evening had superior customer service. I will no longer be staying with Marriot after my first and last experience. Hilton has my business from here on out.”

“Many failings. There was no hot water in shower for an hour and half in the morning and I finally had to take cold shower. The lighting in the room was pathetic, 3 dim lights. The lamps also had a very cold color temperature, cold white. The room felt sterile rather than cozy. The safe was locked when I got into the room so I could not use right away.”
