“Unimpressed. Level of cleanliness was sketch. Toilet was visibly dirty, so I had to give it a thorough cleaning myself using disposable gloves, Lysol and disinfectant wipes. Yuck. Stains on entrances of doorways. My fitted sheet was put on inside out and I saw a long hair in my bed. There was also a hole in the ceiling over the sink. I also saw a roach in my room. Attention to detail was sorely lacking and this was an uncomfortable experience to say the least. I had higher hopes, but this wasn't it. Would not stay again.”

“The staff were great and very friendly. The hotel needs a major update, from the elevators to the beds. We stay in a hotel almost monthly due to business trips and this one definitely hit the list of do not ever stay or recommend. I slept about 2 hrs due to the bed being so uncomfortable. I hope that corporate sees this and does renovations soon for the sake of Hilton customers and your employees.”
