“Hotel was in a great location (if not a little difficult to get to initially). The staff were very friendly and welcoming. On arrival in the room there were a couple of things missing but the staff rectified it straight away and gave us a couple of bottles of water to say sorry. The room was very spacious and the bed was enormous. Breakfast was good on both days and the staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again.”

“Stayed for 2 nights with Mercure Liverpool Atlantic Tower Hotel and overall, we enjoyed our stay with them. The bed was comfortable and the toilet was clean. The hotel has nearby car parking site with charges, which was cheaper than getting separate parking outside. They charge per 24-hour system, so it is worth it. Staff was friendly and helpful in sharing information. Breakfast was okay.
The down side was that the room was a little smaller than being described in the website. We booked a double bedroom which said to be 30 meter square, but its room entrance was a little narrow for pram and it was a little cramped with our baby's pram in the room.
We also thought their housekeeping could do a better job in cleaning as we found stained on the cups and teaspoons. We also had limited facial tissue in the toilet as it did not look like being replenished regularly.
But other than that we were very happy with our stay.
The location is great as it is very close to the Royal Albert Dock, The Beatles Pier Head, Museum of Liverpool and other tourist attractions nearby. It is also within 20 minutes walking distance to the city centre to explore.
Having said that, this hotel is probably best option for business travelers as it is very close to central business district.”
