“I upgraded from 42K to 57K points per night in order to have a balcony view of the red rock that Sedona is known for. We were very disappointed by the view of the bushes. I would have been completely happy with the value if I didn't pay the extra 30K for the two night upgrade. I asked for a refund of those upgraded points at check out. The front desk clerk said shed talk to her manager. I hope to hear from her manager. This would be a 5 star review if I hadn't been charged additional for a room without a view.
Otherwise, the room was clean, comfortable (although sofa bed very uncomfortable), and Sedona was beautiful!”
