Hospedagem muito conveniente pela localização.A Suíte que reservamos era muito grande e toda equipada( geladeira, fogão, geladeira, talheres, pratos e copos). O Hotel tb era bem espaçoso. O cafe da manha era “variado” dentro do padrão americano. Gostamos muito. Recomendo. Detalhe para o robô Wally que faz a entrega no quartodo que vc solicitou na recepção do hotel. Minha filha ficou encantada.

Ótimo hotel. A única coisa são as taxas. Altíssimas. Vc fecha uma reserva pelo app e quando chega lá o preço dobra. É um susto. Mas é um ótimo hotel.

The hotel located few minutes driving from LAX and car rental returns. shuttle service available for free to /from LAX . Rooms are huge and well equipped. ( *no 🛀 ) only shower.. Food: Typical American Buffet breakfast . Nothing to complain about.The Parking is same as all LAX Hotels 50$ per night. Or near by parking 24$ per entrance/exit.Stuff: Front desk team, quiet apathetic.. kitchen staff are great.Genuinely if you are looking for one night near LAX , this is the right place.

Nice hotel. Great breakfast Nice pool and gym 🏋️‍♂️ Great view.. Rooms are a decent size, clean. Only gripe is the bus from the airport to the hotel, its free but good luck trying to find it.. had to phone the hotel to find which bus... there is no label on the bus that says the name of the hotel. So few dollars for a sticker would be good.

The location and room layout was great but that’s where the good stuff ends. The Starbucks on location is managed and owned by the residence inn. It is horrible. The reception, maintenance and breakfast are bad to say the least. There was no hot water unless we kept the water on for 20 minutes. I did time it.Unless you are ready to waste that much water, you practically don’t have hot water. One of the bathrooms didn’t have soap. At breakfast there was no bread three days in a row, only bagels and muffins. We had to change all six key cards twice because they didn’t work. These were our last three nights in California after a long trip from San Francisco across the coast. We stayed in several hotels and had a good time. Residence inn managed to ruin our experience.

We've stayed here a couple of times during overnight layovers at LAX, and will definitely return! It's not a fancy hotel, but it has everything you need - a pool, a laundry, free breakfast, and a great little shop next to the check-in desk that has a good selection. There's also a Starbucks, Jersey Mike's and a zpizza Tap House on the ground floor. I'd like to commend Latashia at the front desk for her phenomenal service - she was extremely personable, clear and concise with instructions and directions, and she gave great customer service EVERY time we crossed paths.

According to my grandson this was a 10 out of 10. He got such a big kick out of Wally the Robot Butler delivering his favorite snack to the room! We created a video to share with friends and family. They were also amazed! The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast service was great. I was personally a little turned off by the policy that requires me to deposit my ID to use a luggage cart. Other than that, staff was great and this was a very family friendly hotel.

Broken alarm clock (can’t set the time). soap container falling off the shower wall. $50 to park!! Every hand sanitizer in lobby is empty. Safe in the room was taken out before we arrived. No orange juice at 8a breakfast on Sunday. Rooms are spacious. Expect nothing and you’ll be fine. The robot room service delivery was awesome (even though he’s stealing a humans job).

We had an early morning flight and decided to book a hotel near LAX to make traveling easier for our family. After looking at several hotels we decided to give the Residence Inn a chance. I booked a package that offered 7 days or parking, I believe it was called Stay and Fly. They had the better rates and offered free shuttles to the airport round trip. Our rooms were very clean and had a great view of the airport, so my son had fun watching the planes. We ate dinner at their restaurant and the food was very good and they also had a good selection of craft beer. The staff was very friendly and informative. The valet also parked my car and gave me instructions on how to pick it up when we arrive back from our trip. I will definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you plan on staying here before your flight. FYI: The shuttles make trips to their airport and hotel every 15-20 mins.

I would say this is definitely one of the better and more fairly priced hotels in Los Angeles. The rooms are nice and big, especially if you ended up getting the suite like my friends and I did when we visited Los Angeles. The continental breakfast is tasty and plentiful. The views are absolutely fantastic and the neighborhood around this place was surprisingly decent despite all you hear about Downtown LA. I would keep in mind that traveling at night by yourself isn't ideal since this is near the heart of Downtown LA so fruit for thought just in case. Other than that, this is a very solid hotel. It has a Starbucks, pizza place, and a Jersey Mike's within the hotel so it's definitely convenient for anyone who likes those places. It has a somewhat fairly priced little goodie shop near the front desk with a good amount of snack, drink, and even medicine options to choose from so that's also convenient. Overall, just be mindful of your surroundings and make the best out of this hotel! It really is a solid hotel to book and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a premium experience at a fair price!

Excelente. La ubicación está muy bien si necesitas algo cerca del aeropuerto. Las habitaciones son muy amplias con cocina y muy limpio. Todos muy amables, el desayuno está bastante bien. Lo malo es que se acaba temprano 9:30 am. 100% recomendable. La alberca es pequeña pero se ve bien. Por el clima no he salido a tocarla a ver si tiene buena temperatura. Lo único malo es el.costo del estacionamiento que me.parece bastante elevado $40 dlls la noche y el estacionamiento está un poco lejos y cuenta con escaleras por.lo que recomiendo primero hacer check inn y bajar maletas para luego ir a dejar el auto.

Excelente estadía, el desayuno sin duda producto del Covid-19 no es bueno... hay opciones cercanas para suplir ese detalle. Habitaciones cálidas y limpias y un excelente punto para desplazarse por California 💪👌

Buena atención, a pocos minutos del aeropuerto. Desayuno variado y abundante. La habitación súper completa, con cocina, heladera, una antesala y el cuarto amplio. Lo mejor sin dudas la cama y las almohadas necesarias para poder descansar luego de un viaje largo y agotador! Lo recomiendo!!!
