Outstanding service here! We forgot to print the tickets for the show we were attending and the front desk gladly helped us out, printed them, and had them sent to the room. We had great help with our luggage from the valet and bellhop checking in, Paul and Juan are noted for their great hospitality. Had an awesome time at the bar with the DJ when we came back from the show. The one thing is that it is louder at this location but we were prepared for that and the only time it bugged us was trying to sleep in after being out late lol. We will definitely be back to this location!

From start to finish, this hotel is being ran properly. I have only positive feedback for my weekend stay here. If you’re in the city I highly recommend staying at the W Boston!

It’s hard to rate a hotel based on a 3 day stay, but I just hoped things could be better here. I think it was a one off moment, and probably not indicative of their normal commitment to the guest, but it wasn’t great. There was a super sweet and helpful lady at the bar downstairs who had the most infectious personality, but a lot of the staff looked tired. Just hope everyone is doing okay with COVID and the impact on hospitality and tourism.

Loved our time at the W Boston! Thanks to Jonathan and all the staff for great hospitality! The rooms are very comfortable. Excellent live entertainment is available during the week and weekend. We had a tasty brunch at the restaurant. Fantastic location.

Rooms are well appointed and modern with a cool vibe. Shower takes a long time to produce hot water and that was frustrating. The lobby is small and if you just want a quiet place to chill in the evening, the lobby bar gets loud. So there’s not a lot of space to relax. Housekeeping was excellent. Vanity light did not work and we asked it be replaced. Street noise is pronounced on weekends due to proximity to the comedy clubs. Get a higher floor. Other than that, the location is good. Elevator broke last day we were there but a doorman took us up the service elevator ( great guy! )

Great location and beautiful hotel. Live music at night in the lobby, we loved the restaurant and bar there too, no wait, when other places around us were all booked and very busy. Room was clean, comfortable bed. We didn't get a very good view but I'm sure they exist.
