“I stayed in this hotel for two nights, three days in the second week of January 2023. A very heavy sewage smell greets you at the first entrance as soon as you enter. Although you convey this to the reception, they do not believe you and do not give information to a top manager. For three days, both we and other foreign guests smelled this heavy smell and were treated as if nothing had happened. breakfast is not very good but not bad, location is good, every center can be reached, but reception and other employees do not support you much because they may be busy.”

“Fantastic experience, friendly staff from all areas of the hotel. Rooftop is cool and open until 2 am. 24 hour gym with more than enough equipment. Rooms were nice, food was good and reasonably priced. Zeynap at reception gave me a smooth check in process and helped on countless occasions when I had questions. Arda gave a quick and easy check out and helped me call a taxi. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Istanbul!”

This hotel has a designated guest relations office right upfront and the in-charged person (Esra) was very much willing to provide any assistance needed. Our little approaches to her office had given us miles of respects and information. The room was well furnished and equipped with varieties of needed items. The lobby area has great design and nice overhead lightings. The included breakfast was great too. I liked the hot egg dishes provided.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Breakfast was amazing! Room was always nice and clean. Laundry service was great as well! Really appreciated Irem’s help - she was able to check me in super early (9 in the morning) (I sent an email a day prior), she is very knowledgeable and always eager to help. I am going to recommend this hotel to my friends who travel to Istanbul.

My friend stayed in this hotel during our most recent visit to Istanbul, and it was one of the most remarkable experiences we have had so far. I visited my friend in this hotel; during our visit, we forgot our baby girl clothes on the sidewalk near the hotel lobby where we parked our car. My friend and I reached out to the hotel staff about our lost items they were very responsive. The hotel staff was highly cooperative, especially their guest relations manager Ms. Esra is an amazing person. Ms. Esra was helpful and went above and beyond to locate our belongings and bring them back to my friend's room. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Istanbul.
