Enquanto a equipe foi amigável, os quartos precisam de uma atualização e renovação séria. Completamente datado com carpete marrom, decoração e móveis escuros, colchão desconfortável e mofo e bolor por todo o banheiro. Fiquei enojado com a quantidade de poeira cobrindo a abertura que eu tinha que olhar enquanto tomava banho. Enormes rachaduras sob a porta eram um grande incômodo ao tentar dormir. Luz vindo do corredor e da sala adjacente. Além disso, você pode ouvir tudo do lado de fora de sua porta. Foi difícil descansar bem. Também não havia geladeira no quarto, o que era muito inconveniente. Embora a localização seja muito conveniente para minhas viagens de trabalho, não ficarei aqui novamente.

While the staff was friendly, rooms need a serious upgrade and renovation. Completely dated with brown carpet, dark decor and furniture, uncomfortable mattress and mold and mildew all over the bathroom. I was disgusted by the amount of dust covering the vent that i had to stare into while taking a shower. Huge cracks under the door were a huge nuisance when trying to get sleep. Light coming in from the hall and adjoining room. In addition, you could hear everything outside of your door. It was hard to get good rest. There was also no fridge in the room which was very inconvenient. Although the location is very convenient for my work trips, I will not stay here again.

Um Hampton Inn muito agradável com funcionários simpáticos! A recepção ofereceu dois coques e um lanche para minha associação de diamantes quando fiz o check-in - a maioria dos hotéis apenas dá água ou nada. Isso custa apenas alguns dólares, mas definitivamente tornou minha noite mais agradável. O café-da-manhã de cortesia foi impecáveis e de boa variedade - I especialmente se o self-made waffles, que tem duas formas e dois sabores, com muitos add-ons para escolher. Ficarei aqui novamente quando visitar a área! * Atualização: tenho que deduzir uma estrela porque uma equipe de arrumação entrou em nosso quarto sem bater quando estávamos fazendo as malas! A very nice Hampton Inn with friendly staff! The front desk offered two cokes and a snack for my diamond membership when I checked in - most hotels just give water or nothing. This only costs a few bucks but definitely made my evening more pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was clean and of good variety - I particularly enjoyed the self-made waffles, which has two shapes and two flavors, with many add-ons to choose from. Will stay here again when visiting the area! * Update: have to deduct a star because a housekeeping staff came into our room without knocking when we were packing! She did not even apologize after seeing us in the room, just kept asking when are we going to check out (and it was only 9:30 am). This is a serious problem and I hope the hotel will train the housekeeping staff properly. I stayed at the 3rd floor and checked out on 10/12/22.

hospedado aqui para algumas noites 2 semanas atrás. Estava tudo bem. Esta certo. Mas pelo preço (US$ 450 por 2 noites) deveria ter sido melhor. A falta de uma geladeira ou micro foi decepcionante, assim como o esforço deles para nos vender para um quarto mais caro que veio com essas coisas. O café-da-manhã foram úteis, mas parecia ficar sem coisas (como café!!!) com bastante freqüência. O banheiro era estranhamente pequeno.Mas o pior foi apenas uma falta geral de limpeza. Ande pela sala com suas meias brancas e as solas rapidamente ficam pretas. Dê uma olhada nos cantos? Pilhas de sujeira .... Acho difícil acreditar que voltaríamos aqui novamente durante nossas viagens no futuro.EDIT 9/10/22: Respondendo à solicitação da Hilton em sua resposta abaixo, informamos que minha esposa já havia contatado a Hilton sobre esses problemas. A resposta foi, efetivamente, "obrigado por nos informar". Foi basicamente um golpe. Parece claro que ninguém realmente se preocupa com o estado das instalações ou com a satisfação dos clientes. Não deixe que a resposta do proprietário, abaixo, leve a acreditar que este é um bom lugar para ficar.

Me alojé aquí por un par de noches hace 2 semanas. Estuvo bien. No está mal. Pero por el precio ($450 por 2 noches) debería haber sido mejor. La falta de una nevera o un micro fue decepcionante, al igual que su esfuerzo por vendernos una habitación más cara que venía con esas cosas. Los desayunos eran útiles pero parecían quedarse sin cosas (¡como el café!) Con bastante frecuencia. El baño era extrañamente pequeño... como lo que pudo haber sido el inodoro más pequeño del mundo y el baño era tan pequeño que no podías abrir/cerrar la puerta mientras estabas en el inodoro sin golpearte las rodillas.Pero lo peor fue la falta general de limpieza. Camina por la habitación con tus calcetines blancos y las suelas se vuelven negras rápidamente. Echar un vistazo en las esquinas? Montones de tierra... Stayed here for a couple of nights 2 weeks ago. It was OK. Just OK. But for the price ($450 for 2 nights) it should have been better. The lack of a fridge or micro was disappointing, as was their effort to upsell us into a more expensive room that did come with those things. The breakfasts were serviceable but seemed to run out of things (like coffee!!!) pretty frequently. The bathroom was oddly small ... like what may have been the world's tiniest toilet and the bathroom was so small, that you couldn't swing the door open/close while you were on the toilet without smacking your knees. But the worst thing was just a general lack of cleanliness. Walk around in the room with your white socks and the soles quickly turn black. Take a look in the corners? Piles of dirt .... I find it hard to believe we'd come back here again during our trips in the future. EDIT 9/10/22: Responding to the request of Hilton in its reply below, please be advised that my wife had previously contacted Hilton regarding these issues. The response was, effectively, "thank you for letting us know." It was basically a blow off. It would appear clear that no one really cares about the state of the facility or the satisfaction of the customers. Do not let the response from the owner, below, lead to believe this is a good place to stay.

Quarto confortável, limpo e espaçoso. A equipe é muito boa, o restaurante anexo ao hotel é muito bom, e o café da manhã gratuito é ótimo! Minha única reclamação seria que nosso chuveiro não é ótimo. A porta de correr emperra e a maçaneta de água também gruda muito mal (muito difícil de ligar), mas fora isso, é um ótimo lugar para ficar!

Comfortable, clean, spacious room. Staff is very nice, the restaurant attached to the hotel is pretty good, and the free breakfast is great! My only complaint would be that our shower isn't great. The sliding door gets stuck and the water knob also sticks pretty bad (really hard to turn on), but other than that, it's a great place to stay!

Meus colegas de trabalho e eu tivemos problemas ininterruptos desde o momento em que fizemos o check-in e não conseguíamos entrar em nossos quartos porque a chave digital não funcionava ou porque a reserva havia sido doada. A unidade de ar condicionado no meu quarto era conhecida por estar quebrada pelo engenheiro-chefe, mas ainda era alugada no verão. Meu colega de trabalho não tinha geladeira ou microondas em seu quarto e foi repetidamente dito que ele "deveria ter um" e só precisava dar uma olhada. O café da manhã era terrível. O elevador três parecia uma montanha-russa defeituosa. A limpeza geral estava faltando e as aberturas estavam cobertas de mofo difuso, o cabelo estava por toda parte e o hotel tinha um cheiro de cigarro antigo. As enormes lacunas ao redor das portas dificultavam o sono por causa da quantidade de luz que entrava e de todo o barulho. Eu podia ouvir outros hóspedes falando em seus telefones em seus quartos, do outro lado do corredor com as duas portas fechadas. Eu tive uma estadia terrível e mal consegui dormir a semana toda. Não recomendaria a nenhuma empresa que procurasse um bloco de quartos para seus funcionários.

Este é um hotel encantador. A estrutura é limpa e moderna, a equipe acolhedora, o café da manhã excelente com bastante variedade e boa qualidade. Com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente e recomendo-o como um bom valor para famílias e outros tipos de viajantes. Localização útil para quem viaja para Wellesley College.

Stayed for 2 nights during my college reunion weekend. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful, the room and common areas clean and nice, the parking was free and plentiful, and the free breakfast was tasty. I would gladly stay here again.

My coworkers and I had non-stop issues from the moment we checked in and couldn't get into our rooms because the digital key wouldn't work or because the reservation had been given away.The AC unit in my room was known to be broken by the lead engineer but it was still rented out in the summer.My coworker did not have a refrigerator or microwave in his room and was repeatedly told he "should have one" and just needed to look around.Breakfast was dreadful.Elevator three sounded like a faulty roller coaster. Overall cleanliness was lacking and vents were covered in fuzzy mold, hair was everywhere and the hotel had an old cigarette smell.The huge gaps around the doors made it hard to sleep because of the amount of light coming in and all of the noise.I could hear other guests talking on their phones in their rooms, across the hall with both our doors closed.I had a terrible stay and barely got any sleep all week.Would not recommend to any company looking for a block of rooms for their employees.

This is a delightful hotel.The structure is clean and modern, the staff welcoming, the breakfast excellent with plenty of variety and good quality.I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it as a good value for families and other types of travelers.Location handy for those traveling to Wellesley College.

En general, la estancia fue bastante buena. Las habitaciones no tienen nevera ni microondas, lo que fue un gran inconveniente para nosotros con la accesibilidad a las comidas para mi madre discapacitada, especialmente por lo que fue un inconveniente, además de tener hormigas en nuestra habitación. Las habitaciones son más antiguas, por lo que el sonido es un problema y las máquinas de hielo son un poco complicadas para los huéspedes discapacitados. Los carritos de equipaje fueron increíbles y bastante útiles para llevar todos los artículos a la habitación de manera eficiente. Overall stay was pretty good. Rooms do not have fridge or microwaves which was a huge inconvenience for us with accessibility for meals for my handicapped mother especially so that was a down side as well as having ants in our room. Rooms are older so sound is an issue and ice machines are a bit of a trek for disabled guests. Luggage carts were amazing and quite helpful for getting all items up to the room efficiently wish all places had those carts similar to airport carts.
