The cleanliness of the rooms was beyond expectation, also the rooms are well thought-out and the amenities are plentiful. No matter what side of the hotel you stay on the views are great, and even the highway side is quiet enough you'll not be too bothered. There is a bar in the lobby but it's not always open 👎.

I loved it! I needed to get away for a few days from the grind and stress of everyday life and it certainly accomplished what I needed. And a beautiful young woman joined me for a hot tub. We went to dinner, came back and enjoyed the wonderful room. Thank you so much

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Hotel in Carson City for a ski trip, and I was thoroughly impressed with the friendly and welcoming front desk staff. From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and we're genuinely kind. They were especially kind to my son, offering him cookies and having a hot chocolate bar at the reception area is a nice touch. These little details went a long way to make our stay great. The hotel itself was also fantastic. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient and close enough to the ski slopes (without paying Tahoe prices), which made it easy for us to enjoy our time on the mountain. Overall, I would highly recommend the Courtyard Hotel in Carson City. The friendly and helpful staff, combined with the comfortable and convenient accommodations, made for a truly enjoyable stay.

Hotel is clean and right next to casino where you can get late night food. Hotel has an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. The lobby is big and clean. Some occasional drink like lemon ice water and warm apple cider are provided. There is very small Starbucks in the lobby area. But no worry there are a lot of food service across the street. Note: small fridge is provided in the room but no microwave. I wish the room to include microwave because sometimes microwave in lobby area is not very clean.

Exceed my expectations!!!.The service is outstanding. Two main staff I want to mention and hope managers will see this: 1, the receptionist - she is warm, friendly and efficient! She saw we have a kid, she gives a crafting set, later when we were watching movies in the lobby (which she told us also), she brought popcorn!! 2, the bartender! She is phenomenal! It appears to me she is the chef also, the food is delicious and super generous quantity! I mean BIG plates! And she comes back with more water, ice, and check on us twice. She is super nice!!! We enjoy our stay!!! Thank you!!
