“I was in Chișinău, staying at Jumbo for the whole month of February. I did not chose the accomodation, the company I work for made the booking. I really wanted to take the time and write a few words about the experience. Its a nice hotel, very clean and I felt very comfortable in the apartament that I stayed in no. 701 and I also appreciated the veggie options at breakfast, being a vegetariana, the treadmill I used almost daily... But what really impressed me was the attitude of all the people working there and their customers service skills, not only once did I actually think about how wonderful would it be to have them all employed at our company :) . The 2 young women working at the reception and their constantly looking to go the extra mile for the customers needs, always smiling and always positive, the extreme politeness and just plain warmth of the gentleman there, the very respectful ladies with the cleaning service that accommodated all my needs, since I was very often resting during the day and working late at night, the nice people at the restaurant and their gesture of providing me with lemon and honey for having tea in my room as they saw I was fighting a cold. I can only find words of appreciation for everyone, thank you for making my long stay away from home pleasent and congratulations to the owners or hr team for selecting such top notch employees!”

“The best place to stay in Chisinau. Extra large rooms; great, friendly staff; tasty breakfasts and dinners; nice location close to the park; fast wifi. Perfect for weekend breakaway or longer stay. Last but not least: relatively cheap comparing to hotels in same standard. I visited around 15 different hotels this year and Jumbo was the best.”
