“Resort all inclusive?!... dentro do horário deles e não no horário do hóspede. Quer tomar um café as 06:00hs da manhã antes de fazer caminhada na praia, ou praticar exercícios físicos? Não tem.... Não tem mesmo, apesar deles dizerem que o restaurante XY está funcionando- não está... e existe má vontade do único funcionário disponível na recepção neste horário. Colocaram um sistema de Filtros de Água...a água pode ser filtrada e tratada (acrediro na qualidade) mas a água tem gosto e água não pode ter gosto. Optei por contratar o Star Prestige para ter um pouquinho de paz e segurança (com relaçãoa Covid), já que é impossível frequentar a piscina comum, devido a postura, educação, gritaria e bebedeira de alguns hóspedes. Não me senti em momento algum num Resort 5 estrelas. Fiquei bastante desapontada neste quesito. Com relação ao que o hotel se propõe: Comida a la carte (qualidade/ variedade): nota 7... Limpeza dos quartos: nota 10, Serviços das camareiras e garçons: nota 10 Serviços de praia: nota 6”
