I stayed at this very nice NH Collection property from 3/30 - 4/2 and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable in guiding me to the adventures of Porto. In particular, the maid service guided by Ana was very good in caring for my room.

We loved how much the staff care for its guests, the room was very nice and clean. The kitchen made me a vegan risotto with vegetables so I had something for dinner. The spa is also great, and Ana gave me a great Greek massage, I’d definitely recommend her.

The reception team is incredible they really cared and the hotel is in a great location. My girlfriend had a massage and was happy with the service. Shout out to Bruno and Beatriz for making my stay exceptional.

Great hotel in general, but the room is a bit small compared to similar hotels (and I even paid for the premium room). In addition to that, they did not have rooms with queen beds when we checked in so my wife and I ended up in a room with 2 single beds side by side. It was the first time in my life I had this experience. Quite frustrating. But apart from that, the hotel is good. Parking is an issue though.

At 200 Euros a night you'd expect better service.... It's a muddle at reception - no one seems to be in charge. The facilities are good although a cracked floor tile in sauna meant it was unavailable. Stayed in room 402, the view in one direction was excellent, the other view was poor. Bar looks well stocked and the breakfast bar was good. Never ate in the restaurant for dinner so can't comment. Area location is good....

We had a wonderful stay here in Porto. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was size-able with a cute balcony overlooking the square. We were pleasantly surprised by a nice welcome snack and hand written note upon entry to our room. I enjoyed the spa with a massage that was so relaxing I fell asleep during it! There are also some nice hotel perks with the Amex platinum. Highly recommend!

NÃƒo tivemos limpeza do quarto , pedidos 03 vezes para ser feita. pois passamos 2 diarias, e o quarto nao foi limpo, nao tivemos toalhas limpas e pedidos 2x no telefone e pessoalmente e nao o fizeram. foiterrivel gostaria de um reemsolso parcial, pois nao foi feita a limpeza na suite

We have found the NH Collection hotels to consistently be good. This one is ideally located. Close to the Ponte de Louis Bridge, the river front areas and other areas of interest. The staff are outstanding, mostly young, well educated and extremely well spoken and helpful. I must mention Raquel, Louis, Bruno, Tiago and Momica who were all very helpful. There were many other staff people were also outstanding and sets this hotel apart from others we have stayed at.

Stayed for 4 nights in May 2022. Great location, walking distance to the major attractions. A warm welcome and excellent service from all the front desk and bar staff - nothing was too much trouble.. even printing out my boarding pass for me and delivering it to the room. Room was comfortable and hot water flow consistent. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add a casting function to the room televisions e.g. chromecast. Would definitely stay again.

De los mejores hoteles que he conocido. Personal muy detallista, y encantador. La habitación fue inmejorable justo lo que yo quería, terraza, cama de matrimonio grande y ducha grande. Buenas vistas. Cama muy muy cómoda y almohadas también. Cero ruidos por la noche, muy buen descanso. El desayuno buffet excepcional, muy variado el salado y el dulce añadiendo productos típicos portugueses, como las bolinhas dulces rellenas y la salada de bacalao. Hotel muy céntrico a menos de 5 minutos andando del cualquier sitio importante must de Oporto. Aún así si te alejas del hotel, los taxis y Uber son muy baratos.

Maravillosa experiencia. Hotel ubicado en el centro, cerca de los lugares de interés de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, silenciosas y con variedad de almohadas. Un disfrute terminar el día en el spa del hotel. A destacar el atento personal que hace de la estancia un recuerdo inolvidable. Volveremos sin duda!

This place is great. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, the rooms are very clean and contemporary, and the restaurant is surprisingly good. If you have a platinum amex card, you get some nice extra perks too. Worth staying here!

Excelente hotel, bien ubicado. Se trata de un palacio del siglo XVIII totalmente renovado. Cuenta con piscina y spa. Camas comodísimas como es estándar en la cadena NH Collection. Personal muy amable y bilingüe.

Loved this hotel, very comfortable, excellent location, and the staff was very helpful. The room was small, but not a problem for me. Very clean and chic. There are so many things to do in Porto and most of what I wanted to do was within walking distance. The hop on to off bus is right on the corner about 50 feet from hotel. The only place I wanted to visit that was far was the music center (casa da music). I did the 4pm English tour. I just took a taxi. I got turned around in town a couple of times, but there were tourist information booths everywhere. Slippers are complimentary, check with stay before taking.

Hotel en el centro de Oporto,justo en la plaza de las batallas, muy bien situado y cerca de muchos de los lugares de más interés. Habitaciones muy cómodas y muy bien aisladas del ruido. El desayuno es muy bueno, amplio y variado. Limpieza de todo el edificio es alta. El trato del staff de la recepción y cafetería siempre es amable solicito y cercano. Es un hotel a tener en cuenta para una nueva visita.

Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas El servicio de limpieza es bueno y el personal de recepción es amable y profesional. A arte de bem receber neste belíssimo hotel, onde nos sentimos bem desde a chegada até ao último minuto. Pessoal impecável, a começar pelo Bruno da receção, que nos recebeu magnificamente e a acabar em todos os outros, porque nada há a dizer!... O quarto era fabuloso... Pequeno almoço ótimo, com produtos da região. A garagem não é no local mas tratam de tudo. Ótima localização! Quando voltar ao Porto já sei onde ficar. Recomendo vivamente. Muito obrigado pela excelente estadia.

Não comento os quartos nem demais serviços, porque apenas visitei o hotel para tomar o pequeno almoço. Quanto a este, o mesmo é em regime buffet, variado (sem ser demais), e os produtos que apresenta são de primeira qualidade.

Great hotel, in a great position to get all around the city, rooms are modern, clean, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities and great hairdryers. Staff were also excellent, helpful and very polite. We will definitely be staying here again.

Um hotel espetacular, numa praça lindíssima! Fica no centro, perto de tudo. Ao chegar, não tive q ue me preocupar com o carro, levaram-no para uma garagem próxima e trouxeram-no de volta quando o pedi. O quarto é grande, com camas confortáveis. Tudo muito limpo e todos os funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. Pequeno almoço assistido (devido à Covid), com muita variedade de produtos. Sou membro do NH Rewards, por isso tive desconto na tarifa, mas achei uma ótima relação qualidade-preço.
