This is a beautiful place, but unfortunately poorly managed. Likely due to a long closure during the pandemic. I don't mind paying for a room, but $160 for a small load of laundry in the countryside of Peru is really pushing it.

Staff is very attentive and good behavior. Great service and friendly culture. Gorgeous hotel. Comfortable room and super clean. Service is fast and outstanding staff. Environment is very nice.

Amazing and beautiful place everyone should visit! Beautiful flowers greenery, excellent service food and drinks. The thermal pools were so warm and beautiful. Hands down best tourist destination in Colca canyon. All the people in the hotel are very friendly.

What an amazing Hotel. Unique and special. I will never forget this experience. Jesus and David in the restaurant were spectacular! Amazon service. The masseuse, I forgot her name, gave me the best massage of my entire life. I mean THE BEST! Que hotel incrível. Único e especial. Jamais esquecerei esta experiência. This was one of the best hotel experiences I ever had. The rooms are super large and all equipped with an awesome outdoor jacuzzi. The staff was extremely friendly, caring and accommodating. Enchanting cottage-style accommodations in a peaceful valley setting near the Colca canyon. Very spacious rooms, decorated in a rustic and tasteful manner,end a gorgeous bathroom and chimney. The staff were friendly and helpful, specially at the restaurant. Food was quite good, and the buffet breakfast, very complete, including lots of fresh fruit, nuts and some lovely smoked trout ( cold cuts and cheese were just so - so). We enjoyed some fun activities like feeding the alpacas, trout fishing, condor watching in the canyon, and the spa. The one aspect that needs improvement would be the landscaping and green areas maintenance.

Eu tive uma estadia de duas noites aqui. Havia uma bolsa de água quente esperando e um fogo aceso quando eu cheguei. Provavelmente uma das melhores dormidas que já tive, depois que a estonteante contemplação das estrelas terminou. O serviço foi bom, e os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e bem as acomodações e o local são realmente algo. Apreciamos uma pequena caminhada / caminhada desde a propriedade e conhecemos alguns fazendeiros locais na rota. Isso foi antes de pegar o caminho mais batido para ver Maca e os Canyons e Condors do Colca - que também foi muito bom.

I had a two night stay here. There was a hot water bottle waiting and a fire going when I arrived. Probably one of the best sleeps I ever had, after the stunning star gazing was done. The service was good, and the staff were very friendly and well the accommodations and the locale are really something. Enjoyed a great little hike/walk right from the property, and met some local farmers on route. This was before taking the more beaten path to see Maca and the Colca Canyons and Condors - which was also very nice.

Encantadoras acomodações em estilo chalé, em um tranquilo vale próximo ao desfiladeiro de Colca. Quartos muito espaçosos, decorados de maneira rústica e de bom gosto, finalizam um lindo banheiro e chaminé. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos, especialmente no restaurante. A comida era muito boa, e o buffet de café-da-manhã, muito completo, incluindo muitas frutas frescas, nozes e algumas adoráveis trutas defumadas (frios e queijo eram tão - tão). Nós desfrutamos de algumas atividades divertidas, como alimentar as alpacas, pescar trutas, observar condores no canyon e no spa. O único aspecto que precisa ser aprimorado seria o paisagismo e manutenção de áreas verdes.

O melhor lugar onde você pode estar. O hotel é de uma qualidade impressionante, tanto na atenção, gentileza do pessoal que trabalha lá e, claro, as instalações. Quaisquer dúvidas, desejos ou pedidos que você tenha, no hotel saberá como lhe dar uma solução. É um lugar onde as crianças podem desfrutar muito (alpacas, cavalos, fazenda). Além disso, você pode ir ao ponto de vista onde pode desfrutar de uma paisagem de sonho. Embora seja verdade que o preço é alto, a experiência que você experimenta no hotel é única. As casas são luxuosas; a pequena piscina com água quente é para relaxar a qualquer hora; Você pode pedir-lhes para acender a lareira, se você quiser ter uma atmosfera mais quente ou romântica (além disso, a casa tem A / C durante todo o dia). Cualquier duda, deseo o solicitud que tengas, en el hotel sabrán darte una solución. Es un lugar donde los niños pueden disfrutar mucho (las alpacas, caballos, granja). Además, puedes ir al mirador donde podrás disfrutar de un paisaje de ensueño. Si bien es cierto que el precio es elevado, la experiencia que vives en el hotel es única. Las casitas son de lujo; la pocita con agua caliente es para relajarse a cualquier hora; puedes pedir que enciendan la chimenea si quieres tener un ambiente más cálido o romántico (además, la casita tiene A/C todo el día). En fin, es una experiencia que volveré a repetir.

Stayed here as part of a local tour package for only one night. It's amazing scenery around, great service and food/wine. I also joined a Peruvian cooking class (which was done in Spanish with a translator). At night, you can enjoy stargazing as it's absolutely dark around you...

Worst hotel in the world !!!! Las Casistas did a mistake in our payment. We paid two times our trip 5.000 usd instead of 2500 usd. They refuse to help us and to reimburse. The WORST hotel in the world where you pay dobble the Price. And NO help to their customer. A shame

El hotel ideal para despejarte de todo, la comida exquisita ( en especial el lomo saltado de alpaca 10/10), el personal muy cordial y preparado; sin embargo, sería ideal que la piscina sea temperada o de agua caliente!! En el frío que hace en el cañón no me atreví a meterme a la piscina, pero para eso la casitas tienen hot springs, perfecto todo 👍🏼

Amazing place that you will miss a lot. Super romantic. Altitude will try to spoil your stay but if you listen to staff advices (e.g. early dinners, etc) you won't have any issues.

If you want to really spoil yourself, do spend time here. Exquisite accommodation- spacious with open fireplaces, deluxe bathrooms, your own patio and heated dip pool- and beautiful sophicated cuisine - clean, freshand clearly a highly competent chef. The road to Colca is slow but when you arrive here, you imagine you are in Paradise. Delightful sumptuous accommodation with attention to detail and a glorious setting.
