“Staff generally very friendly and helpful.
The Spa is a strength, clean, prompt and attentive staff, young and caring. Even though I didn't get the 15% discount as a gold member.
The restaurant is closed but you can eat at the bar. It's cold but it's beautiful. Overall good quality food, nice presentation. Prices were acceptable.
Room service at 2.30am unresponsive had to call reception. I was then called to my room by the waiter, ordered 1 cheese platter and 1 fruit platter but was told cheese was not available, sorry.
Breakfast was very good quality and service.
Reception was great and I received upgrade to junior suite. The room was amazing .

“If you are expecting a "real" 5* Hilton Hotel, you will be disappointed. It would be very unfair to other 5* hotels to say something nice or to give more stars. I have stayed really at better DoubleTree Hilton Hotels than this one.
Pros: Cheap and clean.
Cons: Everything else
The area around the hotel doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Elevator takes forever! We had to change the first room because of the smell. In the second room we had problems with our bathroom...it took 3 days to fix. Very slowly (but polite employees).
All in all: unfortunately not to be recommended. Sorry!”
