“Room did not have enough towels (2 for four guests), pillows (3 for 4 guests); parking was full so we were sent to a dark, dangerous and deserted auxiliary parking lot; food was poor overpriced. Finally, there was a private party at the bar with ridiculously loud music that kept my entire family awake for hours. You should stay at Hilton or Intercontinental - similar price but much better value.”
