Una experiencia inolvidable, me encanta la temática y la decoración muy alegre, colorida y tropical, el servicio exelente, el sabor de la comida exquisita, hay mucha variedad de restaurantes decomidas internacionales, las habitaciones muy bonitas y confortables, el ambiente muy relajante, muy alegre, la animación buenísimo, la playa muy buena , hay muchos bares con bebidas ricas y refrescantes.perfecta para este clima tropical, las piscinas muy bonitas ylimpias. The staff here will make your entire trip! They feel like family and make everyday incredibly fun! You don’t have to worry about anything, they are so catering and hospitable. Was a blast everyday! Edgar at the pool staff was amazing, Luis at the pool bar, Jose at the pool/entertainment staff, Diana at the pool and Alexis at the center open bar & Luz at the punch bar are some of the incredible staff that became forever friends! Our personal concierge was amazing & made so many memories for our whole family…managing and creating spaces for our huge family of 16 is not easy! She was incredible! A equipe aqui fará toda a sua viagem! Eles se sentem como uma família e tornam todos os dias incrivelmente divertidos! Você não precisa se preocupar com nada, eles são tão acolhedores e hospitaleiros. Foi uma explosão todos os dias! Edgar na equipe da piscina foi incrível, Luis no bar da piscina, José na piscina / equipe de entretenimento, Diana na piscina e Alexis no bar aberto do centro e Luz no bar de ponche são alguns dos funcionários incríveis que se tornaram amigos para sempre! Nosso concierge pessoal foi incrível e fez tantas memórias para toda a nossa família… gerenciar e criar espaços para nossa enorme família de 16 pessoas não é fácil! Ela foi incrível!

Margaritaville is a beautiful place! But let me tell you that the 5 o’clock bar at main pool is awesome. We met a awesome guy named Johan aka “J house” and he was awesome and helpful! Michael was also very kind and helpful. My fave restaurant was rum runners and Elvin and Tomas made the best drinks ever and they are so amazingly kind and this is the best restaurant at Margaritaville in my opinion!! Richard was another guy at the middle bar that was great. I can’t forget to mention some more amazing people Yo Yo, Edgar and Adrian they were so energetic, awesome and kind. Beautiful people. Last but not least our butler Johnny was great and he was very helpful. Margaritaville é um lugar lindo! Mas deixe-me dizer-lhe que o bar das 5 horas na piscina principal é incrível. Conhecemos um cara incrível chamado Johan, também conhecido como “J house” e ele foi incrível e prestativo! Michael também foi muito gentil e prestativo. Meu restaurante favorito era runners de rum e Elvin e Tomas fizeram as melhores bebidas de todos os tempos e eles são tão incrivelmente gentis e este é o melhor restaurante de Margaritaville na minha opinião! ! Richard era outro cara no bar do meio que foi ótimo. Não posso esquecer de mencionar mais algumas pessoas incríveis, Yo Yo, Edgar e Adrian, eles eram tão enérgicos, incríveis e gentis. Pessoas bonitas. Por último, mas não menos importante, nosso mordomo Johnny foi ótimo e foi muito útil.

Excelente estadía a cargo de mi amado y querido Sandro Rosa, hizo la diferencia en mi estadía,siempre atento al mínimo detalle, carismático, educado, amable y excelente servicio al cliente.También súper agradecida de las atenciones de Mónica, súper detallista y muy capacitada.Gabriel mi cantante preferido, me alegro mi cumple con esa hermosa voz y sus atenciones, muy diligente.En el bar de la piscina nos encanto las atenciones de Carlos y Narni excelente anfitriones.Recomiendo el hotel completamente, una estadía maravillosa.

Nos gustóel lugar, se siente acogedor, limpio y divertido.Me gustaron mucho las haraganas de colores. La piscina muy amplia, y la fiesta con música y burbujas muy divertida. El teatro estaba cerrado pero había buena música en vivo en las noches, y el restaurante de steak fue nuestro favorito. El café del desayuno es muy bueno y la brewery excelente. Hacen su propia cerveza.Nuestra habitación fue bastante sencilla pero con buena vista.La atención fue buena en general. El Joven de la piscina que entrega las toallas y chaiselons fue muy servicial, la chica Diana muy amable, y otros bartenders y meseros.No nos gustó el minibar de puntos.

Vamos a empezar por lo bueno ,el hotel es bonito las habitación bellas ,estubimos en la q tiene piscina ,la atención bastante buena . Los muchachos del bar de la piscina super alegres. Lo muy malo,por poco perdemos la vida con el huracan ,el ventanal ,se desprendió de su lugar y estubimos 4 horas en un closet.al parecer no les interesa mucho ,2 días sin aire acondicionado ,nos movieron de habitación, todos los restaurant cerrados solo el bufet trabajo,el hotel está mal construido es un milagro q no alla ningún herido

Pools were amazing as well as 5 o’clock somewhere bar. Entertainment staff(Edgar, Gaby) were always great and ready to entertain. Our butler was Alvaro, he was always attentive and made sure all of our plans were taken care of. Johnathon at Frank and Lola’s best waiter. Pool side butler JOHAN was excellent!! Prestige member and I couldn’t have asked for more. Everyone went above and beyond! As piscinas eram incríveis, bem como as 5 horas em algum bar. A equipe de entretenimento (Edgar, Gaby) sempre foi ótima e pronta para entreter. Nosso mordomo era o Alvaro, ele estava sempre atento e cuidava para que todos os nossos planos fossem atendidos. Johnathon no melhor garçom de Frank e Lola. O mordomo ao lado da piscina JOHAN foi excelente! ! Membro Prestige e eu não poderia ter pedido mais. Todos foram acima e além!

I loved my stay at Margaritaville in Cap Cana! Definitely my favorite vacation and resort! Our personal butler Alvaro was amazing and super helpful. We had a lot of fun playing games and hanging out at the pool with Edgar, Gaby and Jose, they were great and made my stay a lot of fun. All of the servers were great especially J House. The food was amazing, my personal favorite was the steakhouse! I highly recommend coming here. All of the staff is super nice and the rooms are super clean and very comfortable. Adorei minha estadia em Margaritaville em Cap Cana! Definitivamente minhas férias e resort favoritos! Nosso mordomo pessoal Alvaro foi incrível e super prestativo. Nós nos divertimos muito jogando e saindo na piscina com Edgar, Gaby e José, eles foram ótimos e tornaram minha estadia muito divertida. Todos os servidores foram ótimos, especialmente J House. A comida era incrível, o meu favorito pessoal era a churrascaria! Eu recomendo vir aqui. Toda a equipe é super simpática e os quartos são super limpos e muito confortáveis.

100% recomendado, la comida es muy buena, es muy confortable, todo siempre muy limpio. Las chicas del bar Punch Hellen, Carolina, Luz, Juana (siempre estuvieron atentas a nosotros) Alondra en él área de la piscina también estuvo muy atenta y servicial. Diana la encargada de los juegos en la playa, y la piscina, como el juego del volley, el darsh, siempre nos mantuvo entretenidos.La única mala experiencia que tuvimos fue que al momento de ir al restaurante JWB steakhouse, el 24 de julio 2022, la empleada Carolina nos dejó mucho tiempo esperando fuera pero a los extrajeros que iban llegando los dejaba pasar y les buscaba lugar de una vez, considero que todos debemos ser tratados de la misma manera ya que estamos pagando nuestro dinero al igual que ellos. De verdad que fue una experiencia muy desagradable y no todo el mundo reaccionara de la misma manera.Gracias!

El hotel es muy lindo y la comida muy buena excelente calidad pero creo que se enfocan maa en los tourists mas que los dominicanos como que si no se pago lo mismo. Repito muy bueno para los extranjero pero para los Dominicanos no. No hay igualdaden los restaurantes como que si uno va de gratis. Ahora Alondra la de la piscina es una persona muy servicial. Y playa esta muy sucia.

First time to RD and loved it!Margaritaville Island Reserve was beautiful. Everyone was so friendly and the service was amazing.Shout out to our butler Jorge. He took such good care of us and made my birthday so special. Our Villa was beautiful. Alvaro was great too!Also Jose (pool DJ), Edward (aka Fast Eddie) and Carlos (aka Fresh Prince) were incredible and so much fun!!We will definitely be coming back. Primeira vez em RD e adorei! A Reserva da Ilha Margaritaville era linda. Todos foram muito simpáticos e o serviço foi incrível. Grite para o nosso mordomo Jorge. Ele cuidou tão bem de nós e tornou meu aniversário tão especial. We had the best time here! Of course, the resort and surroundings were absolutely beautiful, but by far, the highlight of the trip was the incredible service.I cannot say enough GREAT things about our butler, Alvaro. He is the absolute best—so attentive and one of the kindest people. We are so thankful to him as he made our trip so special. He went above and beyond for us!Monika, the manager, was absolutely wonderful. Her professionalism and warmth were such a lovely welcome, and she was so pleasant every time she greeted us. She is great.We had the best time-we will be returning and I absolutely recommend this resort to anyone who’s interested in coming to beautiful Punta Cana.
