“Our whole stay was perfect. Except for two situations - one day at the beach we realized our feet were covered in sludge which was illegally dumped to the sea by some ship. I understand the hotel cannot influence this, but there was hotel staff aware of the situation not letting people know about it. So a lot of guests ended up with their feet covered in black oily mess which was almost impossible to get off, and it could all be prevented with a simple sign at the entrance to the beach, or staff telling the guests.
The second bad impression was at the spa, where we had a face massage. For me everything was great, but for my partner, it was not. They handled her very roughly and she described it more like a torture than relaxation. We cancelled our appointment for a massage the next day due to this.
We still had a good time at the hotel, even with these mishaps. That just speaks to how well the rest was handled. If these issues are addressed, it would be a 5-star rating.
We recommend the dinner by the sea which is a very romantic and unique, breathtaking experience. In our case it was private just for the 2 of us, but I am not sure if that's always the case.

“I had the most fun with my family in this hotel. The food was indescribable. The quality control here is also unmatched. We particularly enjoyed the gorgeous beach. The facilities are plenty and there's no way anyone can get bored here. The staff here is incredibly kind and helpful and has made our stay here beyond enjoyable to the last minute. On the whole the atmosphere is wonderful.Would definitely recommend coming back and would come back myself.”
