“As a family with three small kids, we have stayed in Scandic hotels many times - it is usually the only affordable roadside hotel we can stop at and get one room, instead of having to pay for and be split up in two rooms. There's always a play room, cosy common areas, simple but functional rooms, and the breakfast buffet is fantastic each time - only recently, at Scandic Växjö, the coffee was so disappointing that we did not hang around for our usual second and third cups. That was a bit sad. But we'll keep coming back to Scandic and hope for better coffee next time.”
