I stayed here a few years ago on a trip for my birthday, it was great. Much cheaper than staying at a Disney hotel, still pretty close, it has a great little bar at the pool area with some decent snack style foods, the pool area is amazing. The reception was quick and friendly, the bartender by the pool was great. I loved the whole stay. I’m planning on booking again for my trip this year, I had forgotten the name of the hotel after a few years, and made sure I found it online while making plans, because I enjoyed it so much.

Throughout our stay, the front desk staff and employees throughout the hotel were very friendly, greeting us with smiles and inquiries as to whether we needed assistance. Unfortunately during our first night, the air conditioner was making loud noises throughout the night, affecting our sleep. The next day, we reported our issue to the front desk. A service technician, Anibal, was immediately dispatched to the room. He was friendly, courteous and skilled. He diagnosed the problem, guaranteed the issue would be resolved in a timely manner, and returned shortly to replace the unit. He was efficient and so gracious. We appreciated his ability to work quickly and effectively, to allow us to continue to enjoy our stay with minimal intrusion. We were so appreciative of Anibal’s assistance. He left us with a smile and assurances if we needed him to reach out. Thankfully, we had no need. Great pool area, location to restaurants and parks. A great place to stay.

This is a beautiful resort. I gave 5 stars because of the amenities. 2 pools - 1 pool with volleyball net & basketball hoop- the other pool was big and has a slide during certain hours, 2 Jacuzzis. They have s large and beautiful fire pit. They had oversized games like connect 4 and chess for the kids. A outside bar that is fully stocked. Plenty of options for everyone. However, my biggest complaint was that the beds were VERY HARD (the rooms were a bit outdated). The rooms are smallish but more then enough for out little family of 3. The rooms stayed nice and cold (which is nice). They do have balcony options which was good because you view the pool and Jacuzzis. This hotel also allow pets which is a huge bonus for our family. The breakfast was delicious but high in $$. The hotel is close to a lot of things. Overall it was a great experience and staff.

Check in was smooth and we were able to get into our room early which was very nice. The food/beverage service was by far the most outstanding part of our trip. Craig was just beyond awesome. And we would return just because of him! We also had great service from Ray and Daniel. Our only complaint was with Juan, he just seemed miserable. The number of hotels to choice from in this area is extensive and ppl like Craig make our decision easier! Kudos to Craig and his team!

This place is actually a gem. I was just in town for a long weekend so was looking for something close by the parks and main drags and wasn't really focused on full scale resort as much as I was a convenient place to stay. I was very pleasantly surprised.... wonderful pool area, great food there even at night, and clean rooms. Staff is extremely pleasant even through challenging worker shortage conditions. If you are looking for decent quality with a really nice vibe in a convenient location with a good amount of amenities at an affordable rate do not hesitate to stay here.

Be mindful of staying at this hotel. When you arrive make sure you schedule when you get your room cleaned. It's not automatic. My particular room did not have hand soap which is odd especially during a pandemic. The bathroom was not extremely clean. The beds do not have a comforter. The rooms are a bit dated. I know other people had small bugs in their bathroom.

We had a fantastic experience here! This family friendly resort offers activities for not just the kids, but adults too! We were kid free for the weekend but still felt welcomed. Tons of activities poolside to help you relax and forget about the troubles of everyday life. The food and drinks were really good! They had pulled pork nachos and sandwiches on Saturday that they had smoked all day on Friday. Ray, Guillermo, and the bar team were fantastic and made our trip special and unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

My husband booked very last minute, we got a better price online than calling. Clean room overlooking the pool, no balcony. Nice view except you could hear the kids playing below like they were on the room. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores near by. For the cost I was not expecting to be asked to also be asked to pay $19 a person for breakfast. Very convenient to Disney. We arrived very late, very nice lady at the front desk.

This hotel was FANTASTIC. Our room was amazingly appointed. The softest most comfortable bedding I’ve ever slept in! The assistant manager, Rob was there to greet us, upon arrival…and was one of the most respectable/helpful persons at this hotel. We would recommend this hotel, not ONLY for its proximity to Disney/Disney Springs….but for its amazing staff and super cleanliness of the entire hotel. Oh…..the family/adult pool area is an awesome perk! We had drinks and lunch at the pool bar. Awesome bartender and REALLY good lunch!! I like this property a lot I thought that the rooms were good the staff was decent I did have a bit of a problem with one of the front desk staff because they didn't charge my card when I went in and I thought I had paid for the room turns out I didn't pay for the room and they charged me after I'd been on vacation for 2 weeks. They were pretty rude about it but that was just an isolated situation overall the staff was great The pool is really nice The rooms are good I would definitely stay here again. And of course they're pet policy is very reasonable it's always nice to be able to bring our dogs on vacation especially so close to Disney. Recommended.

Let me start by saying I’m fairly loyal to Marriot and I travel frequently, monthly . With that said, this hotel was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. The place is old and it smells. The pillows are flat and old. The towels are rough and old. If you do need more towels(5 days at the hotel), good luck to you. The staff does not pick up the phone. You have to walk to the front desk and wait in line to get towels. I was told me follow a gentleman and was handed 4 towels. Yes, I walked away from the front desk with a pile of towels. I was on my way out to dinner and I had to take them with me and carry them to the room after that. The carpet smells. The AC does not cool the room during the day. It was noisy, so loud I woke up multiple times. There was no iron in the room. That has to be requested as well. Which made me late to an appointment with my family. There is no room service. None. How do you call yourself a 4 star hotel? The stay was comparable to a Motel on the side of the road. Poorly managed and with budget cuts showing in all cracks. One would expect more. Specially in Orlando.

The staff was friendly, and the hotel is close to Disney World , but that's about it. The hotel is very outdated to say it's the Sheraton. The location is a very noisy one. We had trouble sleeping due to the thin walls. They charge you for parking, but after 10pm there are literally NO parking spots available. If you are forced to park away from your building, good luck finding your room. The hotel is confusing and you can get lost. The shuttle to Disney is $8/person/day. It is not free like the website advertises. And to add insult to injury there is no housekeeping. We had to clean our own room. The towels smelled like mold and the bathrooms are so tiny. The bed comforter is very thin. My daughter felt ill every time we entered the room and even vomited 2 nights in a row. One night, someone knocked on our door and ran away. It was a disaster and would definitely not recommend anyone stay here.

It was excellent because of the staff and amenities. Assistant manager Melanie Lorenzo was and is the best in caring about your needs and accommodations. She went out of her way to meet my disabled moms condition and helped my family cope in our grieving with the loss of our grandfather and made our trip good. The pool and Jacuzzis are great with the water slide and lobby is fantastic.

Our stay was amazing! The location was convenient with lots of attractions close and being right off the highway made for easy travels for what wasn't. The staff was very friendly and patient (several kids so it was definitely needed). The only exception was check out day. I guess they expect you to leave well before checkout at 11 as they were waiting outside our door with their cart shortly after 9am and remained there until 11am when we finally had everything packed up and ready to go. BE PREPARED FOR EXTRA FEES!!! There is a resort fee, occupancy fee, of course taxes, and if you have a vehicle, parking fee of $21 per day. I suppose for one day wouldnt be bad but an entire week for 2 cars was exorbitant for just parking.. Not sure if this is standard in Florida but hopefully they just raise their nightly rates a tad bit and include free parking instead of surprising you upon check in on a nonrefundable reservation. Pool area and fitness room were GREAT but the Spa was a nightmare to get in touch with. We wanted to book a couples massage but it appears the spa may actually be closed. No answers on the phone and lights were off. Not including in rating as hotel staff informed us the Spa is a third party. Never got the massage but overall if they were to get rid of parking fees, we would definitely stay again!

Don't come here if you are looking for a 4 star resort. It is definitely not that. It's more like a motel with a nice lobby and pool. Also, the shuttle they are now using for Disney is $8/person/day, and you still have to pay the resort fees on top of that, and parking. It's pretty outdated as well, and they don't come in and clean, change towels, etc. That being said, 3 stars because it's convenient to everything, our rooms were fine, and it's a good place if you just need somewhere to sleep between your activities.

We have had the most amazing time here over spring break! Not looking forward to checking out tomorrow at all! Customer service was amazing! Resort was extremely clean! There is no food service right now due to covid but it’s not a huge deal because almost anything you can think of is within walking distance so we haven’t even had to drive and worry about dealing with traffic. The pool area is beautiful full of palm trees and tropical plants. 2 hot tubs 2 pools and a water side keeps the kids busy all day! I highly recommend this resort and we definitely plan on visiting here again!

The hotel definitely did not feel like a 4 star hotel, more like two. Even simple services like getting new towels dropped off at the door took more than 5 hours to complete, a person from a group described the hotels service as "getting a tooth pulled out".

This hotel resort is family friendly with rooms that provide 2 bunk beds and a pull out bed in one room and 2 queen beds and a TV in another room which gives privacy and spacious room for both kiddos and parents. Pool area is equipped with water slides, play area for toddlers and lots of lounging areas. Unfortunately the dining was closed as well as housekeeping due to covid but it was still an overall great experience. Their coffee machine and coffee itself was the only thing that was terrible in the rooms. The hotel resort is very close to several food chains, shopping centers and even disneyworld which is a plus.

We stayed 2 nights at the Sheraton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, although I can go somewhere else and get a slightly larger room for less money (we had a king bed standard room, with large screen tv, safe, and balcony), I was extremely happy with the level of customer service we received. From check in to check out we were taken care of. I didn't catch her name but the woman working the front desk was awesome, and even some of the staff who were cleaning the rooms asked us if we needed a bottle of water for our second night as we passed by them in the hall. I'll likely stay here again.

This hotel is a deal and so close to Disney Springs. You can easily walk as there are sidewalks and safe street crossing areas. Also close to many shops and restaurants. Miller’s Ale House and El Patron are outstanding. The oasis created in the center really makes this resort unique. The pools are great for families and outside bar is great for adults. Rooms are clean and spacious and balcony is a great place to enjoy morning coffee or glass of wine.

I was given 2 rooms as I was not content with the first room. Both rooms smelled like mold, the walls and sheets were wet and humid, with covid I did not feel comfortable staying at this hotel there for I withdrew my stay. I was told I would get an email confirmation with a refund & it will show in my credit card in 3-5 business days. After calling 3x and getting the run around, I was forced to get stern which lead to me receiving an email. However, when speaking on the phone with the receptionist, she was exceptionally rude! Who puts a client on hold without saying “I am going to place you on a brief hold”? .. I was left talking to myself. I was also told that I was never charged anything... when clearly it states in my credit card statements that the charge is still there. Needless to say, take your money elsewhere. Your pockets, health and sanity will thank you later!
