“With less than 6 hours of departure. The resort decides to cancel our booking due to construction to their hotel. WITH NO COMMUNICATION SAYING THIS WAS HAPPENING. This is not advertised on their website nor were Flight Centre notified. This appalling. WE DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE A COURTESY EMAIL. Because of this I’ll never stay at a Sheraton chain ever again. Extremely poor communication and horrible service with no compensation having to pay way more money for last minute accommodation plans. We had this booked for 2 MONTHS and they still didn’t have the decency to let people know this was happening.”
