“Brand new hotel. Only spent the night due to a layover. Apparently after 11pm. There is no one at the plaza level desk and you have to proceed to the 18th floor. Would have been helpful if signage were posted to direct you, there was a SunTrust Plaza officer in the lobby, but he was no help at all until some guests mentioned about going to the 18th floor to check in.Outside of that, exceptional customer service when being checked in by Adrian. He was informative and professional. The room was clean and inviting and very modern. I remember seeing this being built, I'm glad to see its completed and nice.”
