Este hotel era muito melhor do que o que eu tinha ficado na noite anterior. A única coisa que eu não gostei muito neste hotel foi o fato de que havia falta de assistência em algumas coisas. Ao entrar no prédio, deve-se pegar o elevador e subir até o saguão (pressione a tecla L) e isso não nos foi explicado no início. Além disso, os cartões-chave darão acesso apenas ao andar em que você está. Por exemplo, estávamos no 4º andar e tínhamos que escanear nosso cartão-chave no leitor (localizado acima dos botões do elevador) para chegar ao nosso andar. Sua chave eletrônica o levará apenas para o andar em que você está hospedado e recebemos essa informação de um outro hóspede que está hospedado no 9º andar. Esta informação fez uma grande diferença para nós e tivemos que ajudar outros hóspedes que chegavam e que estavam passando por dificuldades, pois não é explicado como essas coisas funcionam.

This hotel was way better than the one I had stayed in the night before. The only thing I didn't like much about this hotel was the fact that there was the lack of assistance on some things. When you walk in the building, you must take the elevator and go up to the lobby (press the L) and this was not explained to us in the beginning. Also, the key cards will only give you access to the floor you are on. For example, we were on the 4th floor and we had to scan our key card on the reader (found above the elevator buttons) in order to get to our floor. Your key card will only take you to the floor you are staying in and we received this information from a fellow guest staying on the 9th floor. This information made a huge difference for us and we had to help other arriving guests who were struggling since it's not explained how those things work.

Me eh quedado aquí varias veces y siempre todo excelente pero la última ves que me quede aquí tuve la peor experiencia, mi reserva no la pudieron encontrar el dinero ya avía sido cobrado de mi cuenta y que no podían acer nada al respecto para devolución del cobro segundo ya no avía habitaciones de las que yo avía reservado después de todo solo me ofrecieron aser otra reserva con un nuevo cobro. La señorita del Lobby contestando con mala manera en forma enojada por no poder encontrar la reserva pedí hablar con supervisor se dio la vuelta y se fue de lejos me dijo que no avía nadie más que ella.Le pedí su nombre y no me lo quiso decir. Estos pasó Agosto 7,2021 alrededor de las 8:30pm. Espero solucionen estos problemas para sus futuros clientes que se hospedan aquí aunque yo ya no me estaré hospedando aquí.I always stay here but this last time was the worst experience ever. They where not able to find my reservation even after confirmation number was given to them. They refused to do any money refund, all they offered was to get a new reservation for a new price. Rooms I had reserved where fully booked & had non available because they had over booked people. The lobby person was rude & mad that she couldn’t find this, was answering very rude & when I ask to speak to a supervisor she walked away ignored me & when I asked her again she said she was the only one here. Very unprofessional hope this problem gets fixed for there future customers even though I will not be staying here anymore.

O café da manhã está prometido a partir das 6h, porém nesse horário chega o pessoal. O café da manhã está pronto até as 6h30. É importante saber se você tem um voo ou compromisso mais cedo. Caso contrário, é um hotel novo e limpo que atende às expectativas.

O hotel é lindo !! O design espetacular, parece um hotel de luxo, e as tarifas são muito acessíveis. Localizada em excelente zona perto de restaurantes, praças e bares.

Hotel realmente ótimo. Pessoal foi amigável. O quarto era bom e limpo. Eles têm estacionamento subterrâneo monitorado. Eu definitivamente recomendo. Em uma nota lateral, o banheiro real não tem uma porta normal, ele tem uma daquelas portas giratórias (eu postei fotos da porta), então ele realmente não fornece privacidade. Fiquei em um quarto com uma cama, então não sei se é o mesmo para todos os quartos, mas apenas um f.y.i para quem gosta de privacidade

El desayuno, lo prometen desde 6:00 AM, sin embargo a ésa hora llega el personal. El desayuno está listo hasta las 6:30 AM. Es importante saberlo si tienes un vuelo ó una cita temprano. Por lo demás es un hotel, nuevo, limpio, que cumple con las expectativas.

Really great hotel. Staff was friendly. The room was nice and clean. They have underground monitored parking. I would definitely recommend. On a side note the actual toilet room doesn't have a regular door it has one of those swing doors (I posted pictures of the door) so it doesn't really provide privacy. I stayed in the one bed room so I don't know if it's the same for every room but just a f.y.i for those who like their privacy

LOCATION : Very central and near to everything CLEANLINESS: Extremely clean!!! STAFF: Super nice! Rely welcoming Breakfast has eggs, fried beans, chips, tortillas, yogurt, fresh fruits, sweet etc.... I travel all over the world, and I LOVED City Express Plus! I stayed for 8 days because of a dental surgery. The rooms are spacious and clean, very nice view. It's also a walking distance from many sights! I felt so safe here. The staff is super friendly, amazing cappucino machine in the lobby. The lobby was actually my favorite part, it reminded me of the movie The Blade Runner from 1982 somehow, maybe it's the lighting. I loved coming there at night. The only thing to fix is probably "do not disturb" tag - i was staying in the room for 8 days, recovering - it was a little uncomfortable with the staff knocking on the door every day asking if i needed cleaning, which i didn't need.
