We did not stay at the Crown Plaza, but stayed at another hotel nearby where we had rude service. We went to the Crown Plaza for dinner and drinks, and the staff...Brittany, Melinda, and Joe were absolutely amazing! They were friendly, professional, and went about and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Next time we are in Lansing we will be staying at Crown Plaza!!! Thanks for the amazing experience.

My husband and I recently attended a conference at the Crowne Plaza on a Friday night and Saturday. We chose to spend the night at another location so I cannot speak to the rooms. The area in which the conference was held was ideal. The technology was appropriate for the speeches and the presentations that were made. The food was by far the best that I have had at a conference held at a hotel. Both entrees for each meal, dinner and lunch the next day, were gluten free. A potato selection was available at both meals as well. One of the Friday evening entree was a Moroccan chicken dish that had fantastic flavor. The salad greens and toppings were fresh and chilled. The chocolate cake and cheesecake were delicious. The staff that assisted with the meals was professional and courteous.

We hosted a large company party at Crowne Plaza and we were very happy with the service provided by the entire staff, from Management to maintenance to servers and bar staff, everyone was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and served on-time. The lobby, ballroom and entire event space was beautiful and clean. We were very pleased with how the evening turned out and would highly recommend their services to other groups!

Me and my girlfriend went to this hotel for our anniversary and its been amazing the full time I feel like. We enjoyed rhe pool/hot tub for a couple hours. This place was an interesting place to check out and I'm glad I did such. It's definitely a little pricey, but what place isn't now days. It's definitely worth the money compared to some other places I've stayed in the past.

Great service at check in. Room was exactly as I wanted and ready when promised. The decor is really nice. I know all hotels and restaurants are short staffed but they seem to pull it off. Even when they were hosting Wisconsin football and a wedding!

Very clean, and nice staff members. Cards gave us trouble for our room and pool/hot tub area. Staff was able to replace the card, and that fixed the problem. Continental breakfast was ok. Coffee (but ran out fast), yogurt poptarts and granola bars. You pay $40 extra for any possible incidentals, but refunded when you check out.

Went there for a event. The food was very good for a buffet style. Room was smaller than I expected but it was pretty nice. My only complaint was the view of a wall. Elevators and lobby is very pretty.

I met there today for breakfast with a group of about 25 beloved friends. We had a private room in the restaurant, fantastic service, well prepared food, and a staff member took a group photo for us! A wonderful experience full of cherished memories.

Estadia muito agradável. Os funcionários foram todos extremamente simpáticos e extrovertidos. Parabéns a Raquel/Rachel e ao cavalheiro que trabalha com ela na recepção e Mindy e a equipe no restaurante. Quarto era bom e limpo, a cama era muito confortável. Gostaria de saber onde você consegue as almofadas. Precisa de um par deles para casa. Continue com o incrível trabalho e atendimento. Espero estar de volta no futuro

Meu marido e eu ficamos uma noite aqui e não poderíamos estar mais felizes com tudo do início ao fim. Cada centímetro do hotel é muito limpo. Nossa cama e travesseiros eram tão confortáveis. A piscina e a banheira de hidromassagem eram ótimas, e nosso café da manhã no restaurante estava delicioso. Nós voltaremos!

Very nice stay. Staff were all extremely friendly and outgoing. Kudos to Raquel/Rachel and the gentleman working with her at the front desk and Mindy and the crew in the restaurant. Room was nice and clean, bed was very comfortable. I'd like to know where you get the pillows. Need a couple of them for home. Keep up the amazing work and service. Hope to be back in the future
